the stigologist: This price represents an effective discount of 57 per cent. to the (suspended) share price (of 0.0155p per Existing Ordinary Share) (equivalent to 3.875p per New Ordinary Share post Share Consolidation), the closing mid-market price on the day before this document was issued.

quabsey: The other company Reynolds was involved in was DUC - it was trading around 0.05p per share in May 2014 and went up to 0.07p prior to suspension and news that a likely reverse take over was happening. The company became OPTI following a 200:1 share consolidation with placing at 8p (equivalent to 0.04p pre consolidation). OPTI has done well peaking at over 20p but now around 15p (equivalent 0.075p pre consolidation DUC price). So if we use the two most recent Reynolds rescues we have OPTI and NIPT that on the surface have done well - but in real terms they are less than double what the price was of the companies they replaced. Yes that should not be discounted but if we apply this to VMP that is now sitting at a bid price of 0.2p then with a deal, consolidation, placing and trading for 6 months what are we looking at in a best case scenario? A share price equivalent of 0.4p? We had peaked at over 0.9p after Helium placing. Don't get me wrong - I remember only too painfully the days we we under 0.1p and where most of us had written this off completely so the fact that we are still trading is a miracle and hopefully with a deal and a lot of patience we might gradually make our way up. What I have had to do is decide whether I have the patience for this or whether I can see a potential 100% return elsewhere (compared to VMP). I had already derisked significantly and it is for the above reasons that I took out more on Friday leaving some behind to see what happens. I really hope I am wrong and that we can rise significantly on a good deal as anything is possible with AIM. We all have to make our own decisions and I have posted as a courtesy to fellow long term holders and for no other reason.

twitterman: Howdlep for the 100th time this is NOT COMS. COMS had a market cap of around £500k when DB took over. VMP market cap is £8m COMS is tech based, VMP are looking at leisure and retail COMS already had an ongoing business VMP have no business COMS had DB at the helm VMP doesnt have DB as CEO Now a £5m acquisition would take around 12-24 months to establish itself into the company and become profitaable. If they issue 500m shares at 1p then the market cap automatically becomes £14m Now £14m market cap is pretty damn frothy in a market that is currently selling off and in a bear market. Then you have DB himself. Many have been burnt with him recently talking up COMS to 30p a share then diluting holders at 6p when the share price was 10p+. THIS IS NOT COMS AND IT WILL NEVER BE.

cottoner: Warrant allocations - COMS - VMP. (Dave Breith companies) In June 2013 - COMS appointed two new board members "Stephen Squire Foster, aged 61 has an outstanding 35-year commercial and management track record in large businesses in international IT and Telephony sales and until his recent retirement was Vice President Sales for Siemens in the UK and Northern Europe. His contacts and experience will be invaluable to Coms as we build the business going forward. Stephen is being issued with 1 million warrants at an exercise price of 5p per warrant, which will vest over the next 24 months. Gavin Lloyd Wheeldon, aged 37 founded Advanced Language Services which he eventually sold to Capita Group in 2011. Currently he is CEO of So Purple Group, the wifi company, and recently sold ADSL24 to Coms PLC. He has successfully built technology businesses and is a significant shareholder in Coms. His appointment will strengthen the Board from a business and technology perspective. Gavin is being issued with 1 million warrants at an exercise price of 5p per warrant, which will vest over the next 24 months. Both were issued with warrants at 5p when the COMS share price was around 2p. Subsequently the COMS share price has risen way past 5p. Today VMP appointed a new board member. Gill has today been issued warrants to subscribe for 2 million new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 2 pence per share, 1 million of which are exercisable after 12 months, and 1 million after 24 months. The warrants have an exercise period ending on 25 March 2024, and lapse in the event that Gill ceases to be Chairman of the Company. Again the warrants issued at an share price well above the current share price Will VMP's share price like COMS rise well past the warrant price in a short period of time? I suspect that before those warrants were issued at 2p , VMP are pretty confident that that price will be reached and passed.
