Playful,

Just because other people aren’t registered at above 3% of the company, doesn’t mean that there aren’t other investors involved now, who may well be allied to PJ, or at least share common interest, in seeing the company do something with it’s cash pile...

From stuff I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure that there are others......

I haven’t said that PJ will for anything.

But, I am sure that given the size of his holding, he will be talking to the BoD to find out what their intentions are, and given PJ’s current directorships, and network of contacts, it wouldn’t surprise me if PJ put the BoD together with other people on the resource space....

We could even have the possibility of another mgt coup attempt. Oust current board, put new people in, develop a new business strategy, and implement. It wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened....

but, you can be pretty certain, PJ is not going to be a passive investor....

No doubt he has booked a couple of tickets for their AGM in Australia.

You don’t take a 10% stake in a company just to be a passive investor...

Unfortunately, you have no choice as without 30% or support from other large stakeholders you remain a whisper in the wind. You will receive lip service but nothing more to your so called ideas.

Nor I think would he be looking to exit now with just a 100% or so profit.

He can’t get out with any profit whatsoever that’s why it’s a lobster pot

There will I reckon, as I’ve said before, be one or two things that are likely to happen in the near term;

What will be the catalyst? Certainly not PJ’s tiny-tiny 9.8%! Hardly gets him in the door never mind a chair at the table.

Definitely orchestralis,

Pj been buying on market between mid 4’s to mid 7’s.

I’d still speculate that pj has ideas about what Sro could get involved with, and I’d also speculate that he’d be quite vocal about it to the BoD. You don’t take a 10% stake in a company just to be a passive investor...

Nor I think would he be looking to exit now with just a 100% or so profit. It would be immediately obvious since it would have to be rns’ed due to the size of the holdings...

There will I reckon, as I’ve said before, be one or two things that are likely to happen in the near term;

1) Placing RNS,

2) and/or egm to install new directors

3) business strategy update, - acquisition, or rto or something similar

Think it will be a question of if, not when...

When you can get cash in the bank at half price it's only a matter of time for investors to cotton on.

Investment is all about keeping risk low re high rewards.

Nice work for any smart investor.

This company has £2.6M cash in the bank.

This company can be bought for £1.2M.

Plus you get the chance of an RTO into this clean shell for free.

Double6

Hope we are getting the right crowd in, pointless pushing this to topinfo and his pump and dumpers as they will sell within minutes and we back at square one, want
investors here not rampers.

Are you on that thread ?

Why is this nt moving ,we had a decent run recently but this has fizzeled out ,needs positive news now to entice new investors or buy signals.

We can expect more of a rise today as this is still of many investors radars,price is well cheap as a couple of years age they were as high as 80p a share which goes to show that from 10p a share now they obviously have struck good news ,basically a good run up is on the cards here exciting rise i feel and possibly could multibag ,would like to hear something from company but this will probably rocket the price and that would probably stop me accumilating subject to funds available so steady rise for is nice.
