Posted at 08/4/2024 08:30 by slicethepie Even bramhill at ujo has managed to get his share price up recently, clip and clop seem to remain at the back of the class. How they ever convinced investors they knew what they were doing remains one of life's mysteries! |
Posted at 12/3/2024 11:06 by likeawalrus uggy unfortunately 80% of the shares voted to continue with these clowns, surely the big investors cant be so naive as to believe their endless bull? what do they see that I dont? fortunately my breakeven is fairly low compared to many so I'll be selling into any recovery. spending circa £40m on various assets for a £12m return is not good business... |
Posted at 28/2/2024 19:14 by uggy100 There is no purpose in them. They are just to allow SW to spin some more lies to investors. As if he hasn't done that anyway. |
Posted at 27/2/2024 09:25 by likeawalrus uggy I dont understand why 80% of the votes were cast in favour of 2 CEOs milking the company as hard as they can, are the big investors that naive or can they see something that I cant? sold 2m this morning and switched into Beacon Energy - could/should be big news soon |
Posted at 27/2/2024 08:24 by likeawalrus just enough spin to keep investors thinking success is months away...it makes me wonder if they called all the big investors with this update in advance of the vote, were the little guys left in the dark? |
Posted at 10/1/2024 10:03 by likeawalrus Rathlin is a private limited company, perhaps they should have floated on AIM 2 or 3 years ago to have access to investors cash, they could be cracking on with WN if they had |

Posted at 19/12/2023 14:05 by likeawalrus the business plan says they believe they can source funding for WN and get it drilled in 2024 - that's very positive. It will be interesting to see what deal they do - I cant believe they will simply lend the money to Rathlin, investors will want their pound of flesh. With circa £3m cash, Rathlin can only afford to fund 1/6 of the capex but they own 4/6. Could we see new investors demanding say 2/6 from Rathlin for a couple of million? That would leave Rathlin with 2/6 and maybe £5m or £6m cash to fund their share of capex. Alternatively RBD could have a placing funded by the new investors and buy the 2/6 themselves. time will tell |
Posted at 22/11/2023 17:21 by likeawalrus I'm happy to vote these clowns out - hopefully in time for Christmas panto auditions - but the Shell money, if received, would probably keep them safe. if for some reason the money isnt forthcoming early december, I'm sure they will issue some slimey promise of jam tomorrow. I'm sure that many investors will be cutting their losses if the Shell payment is a bust...will the last investor please switch the lights off |
