however, even poor sentiment cant hold back certain companies when
they get to the point that significant profit generation is very
much odds on,as opposed to wishful thinking.
private and inst investors may be more cautious, especially on
AIM,but the biggest driver of them all is making money.
if we can stand out from the crowd, which i believe we will... read more...|

Just to expand...the one tricky technical issue that's now been nailed, is taking into account the internal dilution, which the recent independent resource calculation took into account.
Finncap put it this way
"Critically, the new resource takes into account the internal dilution that proved the undoing of the resource and DFS carried out by Nyota in... read more...|

Indeed, the mine schedule is the thing I'm looking forward to
seeing the most, as like you say, it'll show the Head Grade
expect to feed into the mill over each year of the LOM.
The current Indicated Resource grade is 2.27g/t, but this
conservative estimate includes internal waste. Kefi will strip
out this waste when it's dug out of the ground, resulting in a
higher grade... read more...|

Jeff also mentioned that Catepillar can provide finance for the mining fleet and earth moving equipment. So if they managed to get that, it would reduce the project finance, that the banks will fund, even more.
NYO DFS, but Kefi intend to reduce the mining fleet substantially as they're processing 1.2mt pa, not 2mt.

Gold is still popular with some people:
"A gold-rush has started at a beach in Kent where a German artist buried £10,000 worth of bullion as part of an arts festival.
Michael Sailstorfer has hidden 30 24-carat gold bars on Folkestone's Outer Harbour beach.
More than 150 people started digging for gold when low tide exposed the beach. Organisers say prospectors can keep any bars they... read more...|
|28 Aug 2014||estseon||Thanks, n_w_b. I remember well the fuzzy picture of the ore. Jeff
(in the presentation) seemed pretty confident that there would be
more to add from exploration and that could extend the high grade
feed. The lower grade could be mixed and blended with the purple
stuff. Interesting that he seemed to regard 10p/share as a starter
price. That would be a good price at which to raise the... read more...|
|27 Aug 2014||estseon||ed,
If all goes well with the stages remaining and the physical
construction of the mine, Kefi will become a cash generator. That
should define a level of value for the share. How it gets there
between now and then will be affected by confidence and sentiment.
But, like an earth movement, whilst the end position is pretty much
unaffected by how the rocks slip, the greater the resistance... read more...|

Thanks for the clarification on the VAT.
I've assumed $120m initial capital (they include a provision for closure costs also). Per the NYO DFS, the sustaining capital relates to tailings storage and replacement of mining equipment (perhaps trucks and shovels?). read more...|
