Posted at 23/8/2022 18:16 by edwardjh the reason i invest Haydale was company potential back in 2017. i spent my retired fund for it. i lost most of my haydale investment at 2019(huge drop, breaking my heart!),then i still keep it, even the worth noting. i though the new magament will bring the company to normal conditon AS THEY PROMIED. all the news they postted, it looks postive to make money. but, it just ilke fireworkS. none of them became real products as they promised. the origal keymember of haydale Dr. Chris Spacie uses same idea of surface functionalized (perpetuus advance materials) sold his company to china on the news(cash out). today, i real borken my heart to see haydale is going to burn up my money again (176 to 2p again!) i can not see where it is going to recove it back, only finical people are playing the game(where is the products) hay!BOARD MEMBERS! MAYBE I AM SMALL INVESTOR! THAT IS MY MONEY! THAT IS NOT THE NUMBER RUNNING ! WHERE IS MY MONEY! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Posted at 31/1/2022 16:26 by cordwainer Show me more focus on commercialisation that can double revenues and not just beauty parading of functionalisations and I might take more of an interest. News and results ought to include specific market research to give investors a better handle on the commercial potentials, not just %age performance enhancements in prototypes and limited editions. All graphene companies could improve their shareholder communications imho. |
Posted at 21/9/2021 08:07 by knownowt ssIV, the fact that the placing and Primarybid offer was closed quite so quickly would suggest to me that the placees were regarded as firm holders for the longer term, not 'punters', and that there was serious demand from private investors. It well be interesting to learn how much the Primarybid offer was oversubscribed; in this current market, with media-generated hysteria re gas prices CO2 emissions and, perversely, lack of CO2 (the 'right' type, of course), are people going to invest serious money searching for short-term gains?Personally, I am happy that the inevitable funding has been achieved at a relatively slim discount and that Haydale is now funded for another year. |
Posted at 28/5/2021 14:47 by supernumerary Neither I don't suppose - looks like a read-across from VRS, as garth says. I'm surprised there wasn't more price reaction over there, but that's hobbled by a wall of Lanstead shares that block any move. That business wasn't worth anything anyway, hence the lack of an RNS, so I guess investors are just looking sector-wide for alternative plays. |
Posted at 26/3/2021 12:03 by cerrito Yes a great announcement but to be honest was not aware that they had capacity constraints and no hint in the latest interims nor in the principal risks section of the last AR.Of course it would help if they engaged with their shareholders. They have very little institutional backing and a very atomized shareholder base and thus one would have thought a prime candidate for an Investor Meets Company type event, especially as a sporting chance they will do an equity raise in the next 12 or so months. |
Posted at 14/10/2020 07:52 by garth Edward,With the greatest respect, whatever the prospects for HAYD, I think your posting history since you joined in September would be suggestive of the fact that you are not an "investor" in this company's stock. And if you are, its perhaps all a bit to stressful for you to keep holding - not good for the health? Just a view. Posted at 20/8/2020 21:04 by sharescoop Reasons why the image may be what it displays for the following reasons1 VRS have a longstanding collaboration with MAS for textiles (apparel) development with graphinks and graphene.2 MAS Holdings is known to be a core supplier to NIKE for apparel, it's the second largest supplier to NIKE worldwide (Wikipedia)3 VRS executives passed around a sports t-shirt at an open investor event, there were pictures on twitter. The garment was quickly called back to the front of the room and the label removed but not before some long term investors caught a glimpse of it.4 VRS have just received £2 million of an innovate loan to accelerate the G-Scale and they have declared G-Scale includes L for Leisure (it's in an RNS) which reads as apparel to most seasoned investors. 5 VRS have also confirmed by RNS that the loan is to significantly increase its manufacture of quality assured graphene / intended to facilitate the production of sufficient quantities of graphene by Versarien to enable market supply of commercial quantities of graphene enhanced materials .6 Why would an information visual such as that be created by a professional PR firm and for who!? In the lead up to something exciting? DYOR To me, if it looks like duck and has all the hallmarks of a duck , it's very likely a duck .Its a pretty compelling case but not every horse can be led to water, they need to do their own research like everyone should |

Posted at 21/7/2020 11:40 by lsoc85 All about the next TU and whether they need to raise further funds. The good news (IMO) is that a fundraise won't be at less than 2p because of the institutional investor at the last placing and the private investor(s) at Nov 2019. Can't see the management putting them over the barrel like they did the private investors in Feb 19 (important to note that there have been board changes since then). The potential in the graphene enhanced PPE (see RNS 1 July 2020) effectively secures a decent fundraise. However, this will obviously crash the price back to c.<2p. If, and it's a massive if, they don't require a fundraise, the price will smash 20p within the week (again IMO). So in conclusion, I'm optimistic re the long term whether they need a fundraise or not but if they don't then it's time to start planning your loft extensions. :) |
