Posted at 03/5/2024 10:50 by bazworth It thrills me whenever you post Estienne, thank you. Reason being is that the share price normally performs contrary to your opinion. I wonder whether your 'magic' will once again apply?Perhaps Schroders are completely nuts? Cheers & good luck |
Posted at 29/4/2024 10:18 by donald pond I'm not a big believer in gaps being relevant after a breakaway on big news. We've been told of an order that is more than double the biggest announced by FTC to date. We've been told EBITDA is materially ahead in 24 and 25. We have a market cap of around £100m and are world leaders in one of the fastest growing markets out there. If people don't want to invest that is fine. But suggesting to those who said they wanted to get in when it was in the low 40s that they might not get that chance seems like a fair observation to meFTC isn't waiting on consents or approvals. We have top tier clients buying in ever increasing quantities. That is as good as it gets |
Posted at 27/4/2024 13:38 by whl2 Estienne21 Mar '24 - 09:25 - 5957 of 60380 1 1 Actually its peaked and I would advise any visitors to this site not to be sucked in by such blatant ramping. The share price may well have undergone a re-rating recently but it has clearly reached a plateau. I made a good profit on it and expect it to fall in May back down to sub 20p levels at which point it may be worth buying. The Warren Buffett of Cleethorpes ? |
Posted at 26/4/2024 21:35 by wisecat2 Mark Watson-Mitchell who writes for masterinvestor, I am told was very good 30 years ago but now just fills in space where it is needed. He has filled space three times and not once is there anything original.Three times he has said hold and wait Three times the share price has powered up. It would be great if he spoke to the analyst or even the Filtronic management to find out why and what has changed. |
Posted at 25/4/2024 14:53 by donald pond They will have 10% of the shares and will pay 33p each for them. But to get them all they need to give FTC orders that will blow current projections much higher. It's very positive and gives Musk very little leverage, not worth thinking about. I doubt he has even heard of FTC |
Posted at 22/4/2024 11:25 by estienne Gibbs staying on should ease the share price down to a more realistic valuation and enable him to buy back in |
Posted at 08/4/2024 13:27 by slicethepie Your clearly not much cop at maths, regardless of the share price they both sold sufficient to cover their tax bill. At todays price they would still have to sell the same percentage of their options. The only conclusion I can draw is you should stick to the day job! |
Posted at 21/3/2024 09:34 by slicethepie Anybody who read your advice of 69 days ago namely .... I wouldn't expect the share price to double from 14p. I don't expect it to exceed its recent high very much because it doesn't attract very much business. That may not be the fault of the CEO but its pretty daft of him to use sites like this to pump his efforts.IS feeling a bit miffed! Stick to the day job |
Posted at 22/12/2023 09:13 by eigthwonder ah TAM.....the graveyard of many a good tech idea. At this point I could wander off in a "when I met David Rhodes when FTC floated...." monologue about FTC's TAM in those days when world domination was on the horizon but that would be churlish. As noted, I own the shares (pre Mello FWIW) and I hope things develop as the company and other shareholders do. But let's just keep our heads - it won't be a straight run and at some point the share price will likely incorporate more than enough good news. |
Posted at 16/12/2021 11:50 by fillipe baz, as I type the best bid/ask showing from the mm's is 11.50p v 12p.However, deals are actually being done at 11.63p v 11.975. The latter price above is being the share price shown for FTC, although it is in fact the last price which shares were bought at, rather than the mid price of the bid/ask. Were the last deal to have gone through been a sell, then the FTC share price would be showing 11.63p. All best, f |
