Yes Loveit new news indeed and another key service and income stream launched. Things are really coming together here, I really do not understand the strategy of the sellers.

Sign of big confidence then napoleon buying at the recent high then. Here's hoping we get towards 14-15p next week. What was nice yesterday was despite the strong run not one person sold any stock. All bodes well.

oh, and by the way, you could easily apply a higher forward p/e to a higher profit in 6 months time...... say $1.5m profit at forward p/e of 12 gives you $18m plus the $3m gives a value of $21m or GBP15m.

This will get interesting IMHO. I am a holder.

I have revised my value of ZOO upwards over the past few weeks. Why?

Essentially they have now started to prove that they have a profitable and growing business in a growth sector. All very good I hear you say, but with a profit of (say) $1m per annum it will take 3+ years to repay the debt that is on the balance sheet and there is therefore no chance of a dividend for 3 - 4 years to come. So it is not an income play.

However, now that they have a REAL business they could well be a target for a takeover. Why do I conclude that? Take another look at the balance sheet and see the accumulated losses of $53m. Those are very attractive losses that can be used for someone in a very similar business. How much are they worth? Lets say 15% as they will be saving C Tax of up to 20% (all very rough calculations depending on tax status etc etc.)

So the tax losses could be worth $7.5m. Take off the debt of $4.5m gives you $3m.

With a profit at $1m per annum on a very undemanding p/e of 10 = $10m.

So I get a value of at least $13, or GBP8m...... over double where we are now.

ALL assuming a t/over target.

Interesting time ahead with the period end close, T20s returning and a rapidly increasing counter.

Very happy to hold and looking for 20p+ in next 3 months.

mudbath I noticed that as well, the ticker is now putting on 5-6m subs per month which annualised is about 60-65m. It took about 3 years to reach this total and we are now doing this every year and growing!
All the ducks lining up here I think.

The ZOO Sub ticker has rocketed since 9 a.m. yesterday,increasing by well over 600,000 in the 24 hour period;this being the largest daily increase that I have recorded.

Details of this further offering are due to be released shortly.

The news flow is all very positive imo.

Added 10k this morning, low volumes so mm's having day off but at least it's all
