Zoo are due to announce a third innovative service at the NAB 2016 next month in Las Vegas.This will be in addition to the enriched metadata platforms and services and the industry’s first secure screener for home TV streaming.

Details of this further offering are due to be released shortly.

The news flow is all very positive imo.

philjeans I also like the fact that Stuart Green the CEO has a lot of skin in the game. I spent an hour chatting to him on the phone back in January and he came across as a very clever guy with a clear vision of where Zoo is going. I wasn't privy to any no disclosed info but he did elude to the various new service offerings which have been announced recently and that these would form a core part of their offering, especially the film meta tags.
They do have competition but no one seems to be as far down the track as Zoo.
I agree that a takeover could happen but I think it would have to be north of the 48p convertible bonds. That would be nice!
I think between us we have nearly 3% of the company.

Obviously busy and productive - but are they busy and productive PROFITABLY?

That's the key to the share price growing significantly.

On the other hand, this could be a tasty morsel for another richer I/T outfit or, indeed, one of the film companies.

Either way it's still dirt cheap at £3M !!

Holding about 250k and adding.

philjeans you are right, most investors are unaware of the great progress being made here on all fronts. I guess that gives us a huge advantage getting in at these prices. I believe that once the trading update is announced, before the end of April, we will be much much higher.
