What a gift for the mm 100k at 8p they had no trouble selling that one very quickly for a £800+ profit

Hi Nicyts, I agree with your sentiments. Zoo are laying out the foundation stones for organic growth in an area where there is likely to be good growth prospects anyway. In my opinion, it looks positive for the future and for the nearer term, with each announcement.

The numbers look okay to me, with growth in revenue, continued investment in R & D and investment in sales, which is paying off. The outlook statement looks great too, as does the market backdrop that they are operating in.

It has taken some time, but zoo are turning this around very nicely in my view and are giving very positive signals about their future prospects.

NIA and DYOR, as always.

"1) now finally clearly break-even from whichever viewpoint, EBITDA, operating profit, P/L, C/F"

really ?

if so why did they borrow 700k MORE ?! (accounts state "688k")

for years now they just borrow more and more or issue more shares.....never ends....

Accounts are a train crash imho.
Cough and the co. is toast imho....since got very negative NTAV which if ever move to generating cash will need imho years to move to be a nett of 0, never mind pay a divi.

2) If the co. says that business is now better
are they really saying that it is time for YET ANOTHER cash raise ?!

Maybe it is just me. I'm deliberately on the look-out for 10-baggers, which inevitably means a long hold. Been accumulating ZOO for over a year now, so would not be happy to see the company sold for a 50% premium.
Typical profile would be AMS. Remember needing to hold that at 8p for what seemed like an eternity. And then, it just started rising and rising and rising. Sold out for a 10-bagger, but it is now a 25-bagger+

Why would it limit the upside to the s/p?

I think we should see the share price steadily rise from here, for all the reasons you state; and well might trigger a bid in due course!

Possibly the 47% client is now the BBC, which they consider to be a very stable client relationship, hence the client break-down?

1) now finally clearly break-even from whichever viewpoint, EBITDA, operating profit, P/L, C/F
2) this despite expanding the sales force and continuing investment in R&D/new products
3) tone of sincerity/openness about the report this time. It is the first time that they have broken down the revenue by number of clients. They are basically saying: problem solved, we won't get set back by the whims of one client any more. If they are publishing the break-down, when 47% of revenue accounted for by one client still seems a lot, then the assumption is presumably that the situation has become/is expected to become even better quite quickly (not even started getting Middle East clients yet).
4) unfortunately, to me there seemed to be a tone of "our ship is now in order, we're open to offers", which would obviously limit the upside to the share price

uknighted get some money in BOO or at least look at their results

www.boohooplc.com/investor-relations/results-centre/2016.aspx

they've had an amazing run but this is just the start, it's a long term hold of at least 3 year

I was in this about 15 years ago and used to post on these threads back in the DVD EXTRA days WWTBAM etc, the cashmagnet and uknighted posts stick in my mind. I suspect this will drift along until Stuart Green retires. Although the technology always seemed cutting edge, it was always jam tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. I would move on if you can and like napolean 14th says above much better stocks out there, like BOO (BooHoo) which he has also been in. Might sound like I'm plugging BOO but I just popped in here to see if anything had changed 10 years later and the answer is not a lot. DYOR but BOO offers over the next 5 years huge growth potential.

Still no announcements or PR and the inevitable slide back to 8p!
On a positive note the weak £ is good for all companies who's revenues are mostly in $'s and that includes Zoo!
hxxp://www.zoodigital.com/our-zoo-digital-infographic/ So much going on but no reflection in share price, see link to infographic!
All very exciting, but keep it to yourselves...wouldn't want anyone to find out!!
