Thanks for keeping the header updated Noirua. I did take a few out in the 30s as well as I was worried then that it would be the same as in the past when it got to these levels only to fall all the way back down again. That's the gamble. Still hold anyway and those are in safe hands until well into 3 figures......

BernieBoy, unfortunately I sold my 35,000 shares at an average 32.3p. Far too soon but console myself as bought at about 15.5p. Still following ZOL with interest - good luck everyone. Will continue updating the header as I spot changes.

So only about 11m shares in free float out of a total of 142m.....that will make things interesting indeed when very positive news come out.....

Absolutely PC. It makes a massive difference. Any transformational news here and the share price would go bananas. Could easily double in a day. Just so little stock around.

So Noirua, the implication, I presume, is that positive news will have quite a strong effect on the share price (as the free float is small)?

Zoltav shares owned by ARA Capital Limited Fund ( share 44.1%), Bandbear Limited former co-owner "Sibuglemeta", Valentine Bukhtoyarova (share 39.62% ) and Crediton Invest Limited (4.48% share). Another 4% of the company is owned by its managers Dmitry Kamysheva (2.4%) and Alexander Sokolov (1.6%). 7.8% of the shares in Zoltav are in free float.

Ok so I just read the RNSs and see that it doesn't affect the free float as they weren't purchased in the market. Still good news that he is accumulating anyway.....

Certainly an interesting development and could explain the reason for the recent rise. Also underpins these levels somewhat. The question is how high is he going in % terms? Free float getting smaller.....hold on tight and just maybe get some more!

If the Cyprus stuff is true then Arkady might buy Zol , delist and then sell whole entity to Gazprom giving current private investors just small premium and pockets proper money from Gazprom to himself .

There was some talk in Cyprus a few years ago that a sale to Gazprom at a later date had already been agreed. You could be correct P3
