Bernie, I would not call 3p a tight spread although I agree it has been very often wider than that. Having said that, I do not think that we will finish in the blue today

The mms have done a bit of tree shaking today. I took the opportunity to pick up a few. The longer it takes to issue the Annual Report, the more convinced I am that there is something interesting going on in the background.

The Chairperson of Zoltav looks very much like a deal maker to me. Look at her Bio:

Lea Verny was appointed as a non-executive director in December 2016 and subsequently as non-executive chairman in March 2017. She has significant and high level corporate finance experience, with particular expertise in Russia. Since 2008, Lea Verny has acted as an independent financial adviser on cross-border transactions. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Lea Verny served as a private banker with Banque Pictet, Switzerland, where she was responsible for developing the bank’s activities in Russia, following a career of more than a decade with HSBC. From 2001 to 2007, Lea Verny was Head of Investment Banking for HSBC Bank plc in Moscow, during which time she advised on structured transactions for large Russian and CIS corporations including Lukoil, Rostelekom, Eastern Oil Company and Rosbank

Zol still does have on its website the same NPV for both licences , lower at $555.9 mln and higher at $884.5 mln ………;……̷0;….. £436 mln lower and £692 mln higher . Current MCap £97 mln. This valuations were conducted in 2014 !!!

Correct T 34; but, in the past it has been issued anywhere between late April and late May. So, in my opinion, it is now well overdue.

yes it would p3, did you mention that the annual report is overdue? do they have to post it within a certain timescale? (obviously yearly, but how strict is that timeframe?)

I'm assuming that the Annual Report is being held back because something interesting is bubbling away behind the scenes. Perhaps the long term believers in Zoltav are about to get a big reward. Now, wouldn't that be nice!
