BernieBoy, I'm inclined to agree that anyone who wanted to take profit has done so. Personally, I don't want to sell any as I feel there could be an announcement about drilling at any time.

Nice to see a few buys coming in at the end of the day. Maybe those wanting to take profits at this level are out now and the rise to sensible levels can continue......

Noirua, well it has had a great run over the last week. I'm not surprised to see it giving up a little ground. I'm aware of what they said about new exploration drilling in their half year statement, so I'm reluctant to sell any on the grounds that an announcement my be imminent.

I decided to take profits on ZOL shares having previously bought back in at 16p. Looking for a re-entry point. A good CEO appointment but nothing else has changed, the reason for selling.

Rereading the announcement re the appointment of the new CEO, I really like the following comment from the chairman:

I believe that Zoltav has one of the most experienced geotechnical and business development teams in place of any junior oil company operating in the region. They are working towards a shared goal of value creation."

there was a fair amount of fanfare at oil and gas explorer Zoltav Resources Inc (LON:#ZOL) after its deputy chief executive Tigran Tagvoryan was moved up to chief executive, sending the shares rocketing 93% to 23.5p.

Has been on top-riser board for three days . People will start to research on weekend .

The share has certainly had a good week. Good news early next week could move it significantly again. I think people are beginning to pay attention to Zoltav.
