If your right about the profit, I expect this will return if not pass the highs at the end of 2016.

Looking at the range of work from Reef TV and other series I think you maybe correct as they seem to have found a number of niches to work in a produce programs like Lord Lucan that ITV took up and other work for the BBC.

It seems others think so as well today Mick Sturbs, following the director buying yesterday - I would not be surprised if some of those other trades could be other director buys.

Clearly it wasn't beneficial to zinc hence they have ceased talks. So we should be glad they have made the right decision. Now to look forward to year end which is end of this month. I expect zinc to be in profit now and all divisions contributing. Hopefully the company will release a trading statement to that effect after the end of June. I know it will be around end of sept for the annual report but the company should have a good idea of whether or not they have returned to profitability. I am confident they have.

Pity to see that the possible deal with BBSN has been terminated - if they could have come to a deal, I guess it would have been in both shareholders interest.

Zinc or swim? With the share price rising today on the back of a couple of big buys, one wonders if the deal is either coming to a head or the end of the likely link, which might see Zinc rising at little more in relief. Better for both id a deal is struck at a fair price to both parties, which will in the longer term result in both sets of stakeholders having a favourable result.

Sounds promising, I'll have to do a bit of research on Brave Bison. Could be a good tie up of the two companies, and should build value into the company quicker than staying as we are.

Maybe the two stocks are being held in position to allow for a merger at a set level that enhances both if the deal is agreed.

Good for everyone concerned imo - good to see them both come to life today. Worth taking a look at the history of BBSN and note the company has cash in the bank and has recently signed good contracts, plus it is in a very big growth area of business - no wonder Zinc would like to link in.

Both worth buying at these levels imo. Both now have a lot to offer and together even more.

Had a quick look at brave bisons website, their list of blue chip clients looks pretty impressive. This may end up coming to nothing but may end up in an acquisition. Fingers crossed whatever happens is beneficial to zinc

Yes this is certainly a quiet board and a lot more posting over on lse. Must be honest I prefer the quiet, I think it's better for this to gradually tick up over next few months leading up to end of year results - things are always a bit more volatile and unpredictable when the crowds arrive.

Thanks, again the RNS didn't show up! Good to see we are expanding, this should be an exciting year for Zinc. Looks like buyers have returned.
