Could just be fear of the un-known. I feel confident that they have made a good deal. We will probably find out in March when we get an update.

If it was such a great buy, the share price should be at least 1p now imo. For the selling to have continued and in decent sell volumes there must be a fair few that of of the same view.

Only time will tell if Tern was a good purchase or not. Can't see them making the same mistakes as before, they have turned things around pretty well up to now.

Chart and L2 looking weak, still reflecting the generous figure paid for TERN.

How long before will it be before they are able to integrate the businesses and cut costs or will this all turn out to be another folly to add to those that Ten Alps made?

Having used that research note to try to get the share price up, it seems they BOD are running out of ideas and steam and leaving it to those like myself that were of the view that they had overpaid for Tern. No deal is better than a bad deal, and the share price reflects that imo. The selling continues.

Yesterdays hype seem to have little effect, with the selling continuing at sub 0.8p today and the support weak at best. They will need better news that a research report to get this back over 1p imo.

Seems to me there was some insider trading yesterday afternoon, as some clearly must have know that today's RNS was due to be published.

Talking about a share price of around 1.32p in 2019 is not that inspiring imo.

I just noticed the big increase in volume and that there was only one MM left on offer at 0.85p. Could this about to recover above the funding of 0.90p or fly on some news?

What awards were announced today? I can’t seem to find that news.

More awards announced today but the share price continues to sink as the takeover of Tern seems to continue to disappoint investors even though it was oversubscribed at 0.90p - will this sink back yet further, or will we see a rapid and huge rise if they announce a really decent sized contract?

The share price does not reflect the positives you say hurst10 - bearing in mind they stated the funding was oversubscribed, how do you account for the current share price 0.80 - 0.85 and buys at around 0.82/0.83 it would seem.

While it is not disputed that they have these contracts, it will take proof in the bottom line before the takeover of Tern will be shown to be for Zinc stakeholders to be a good or bad move.

This company have contracts with Netflix etc .
I would suggest the revenue pipeline going forward , post their latest acquisition is grossly misjudged and would be a major M&A target in 2018 . BAFTA winner etc

One step up yesterday and half a step back down already today, and a good sized chunk sold of 2.5m at 0.8p _ Hopefully they will be taken up before long for those that think Zinc paid a fair price for Tern.

good to finally see some interest in this name; I appreciate I am not one of the long-suffering holders who appear to have been promised a lot and had their hopes dashed time and time again.
This new management team seem more responsible than the rag-bag team that used to run the show, and it is heartening to see investors voting with the pockets. The volume, almost all offer side was a very healthy 10.2m, and with luck, the loose holders are now out the way.
I am not predicting a share price categorised by "bagging" a number of times, but hopefully slow and steady progress with some positive news flow...let's all hope so!!

Seems like it might take that hike up that I thought it may yesterday, following that large buy today. A few more buys could push the last MM off the 0.85p offer.

It is always difficult to value any Company.
Zinc Management have a plan to consolidate, buying
rivals within their Market.
Time will show if they have overpaid.
Personally I don't believe they have, quality is
rarely cheap.

More like a Santa Slump in the current market, and I am sorry to say but I, unlike all other posters thought they agreed a poor deal with Tern and the company advisory body, as far a small stakeholders were concerned. The share price reflected my view but if it was all manged to screw some sellers, it could well recover by 25% before long I expect. So might be a good time to hold and wait to see if it does recover a little.

Yes I agree, these things do appear to be managed.
Hopefully next year will see a steady rise.
Always possible with a Santa Rally we may see a little
gain earlier.

Maybe the share price was forced down to gain this almost extra 30 million shares Nextlink.

All a but shabby, and as you say there will have to be very positive announcements issued to see any decent recovery in the stock.

The board seem to have left small stakeholders with little hope of seeing any meaningful growth in the share price for some time. Not a traders share now.

Good Luck if your holding.

Consideration Shares issued 93,750,000 v 65,217,392 suggested on 25th October due to recent share price weakness. 28.5 million extra shares against the 1,359,586,281 total.
A little over 2%.
Must say unless we have further positive announcements I anticipate a sluggish
recovery going forward.
Good to see Director buying.

The RNS as expected. Now will the share price react tomorrow, have the advisers already sold what they received?

Amazing, a buy.
On another note I see Tern hxxp://www.terntv.com/ produce
a lot of programs I have enjoyed watching.
High quality, but perhaps little mass market appeal.

Seeing the meeting was at 9 this morning, I thought we may have seen a statement or movement in the share price by now. Anyone present at the meeting today?

Yes, the BBC plans to invest around £20m in Scotland for TV production. I think it was a wise move by the BOD going for Tern.

kyrptonsnake; I agree with you; this isn't some crazy punt on a speculative acquisition (or drilling program that never ends).
This should be earnings enhancing from day 1; will give them geographical reach they never have had (BBC has a remit to share production around the country and specifically away from London), and whilst not dirt cheap, looks fair value.
My best guess for why this is sub the 0.9 level is that it was placed poorly in loose hands and the markets makers probably applied for stock hoping to knock them out for a turn.
Net net, bad book equals bad share price reaction that will now take some time to sort.
