Another Boad member buying, seems like they are not having much luck getting the share price up though. Maybe they need to dig deeper and buy a lot more than £5k'sworyh each.

Having had a further brief look back, the word must have got out about the audit taking place much earlier, as there were very considerable sells taking place very early on in April, hence as you say now explaining the weakness. These sort of transactions should be identified by regulators and looked into but they never are.

However, as you say Nextlink, there are some positives, and now that is out of the way a recovery may start if there is better news coming on the current trading and order book front with Reef.

Wonder if that late buy of 1,100,000 is another director buying.

So a loss hidden in the subsidiaries.
The only plus is that it is considerably reduced
from the previous year.
Certainly explains the continuing weakness in the share price

Looking back at the trades around the 26/27 April on wards, it seems there were millions being unloaded and I would have it a guess a rumour had done the rounds.

Clearly someone was in the know when I posted on the 27th - Why has it taken this long to disclose this to the market when it was signed on 11 April . Well that was unexpected, this late on - bearing in mind the company CEO was buying stock on the 11 April and another PDMR on the 24 April who both must have had full knowledge of the auditor work being carried out.

Could well be jon123 - maybe there is bad news to come late this afternoon or Monday morning, and something leaked over the past couple of days. Rather odd after the director buying at these levels, in view that they raised funds to buy Tern at double the current mid-market level.

More good news from Zinc today, with more Director/PDMR buying yesterday, small though the purchase was at around £5k it is a sign of further confidence and support of the share price from an insider.

Still, I think the large order book that Zinc are in possession of, will see them well placed to provide better results going forward.Hopefully news of the US deal they were working on also before much longer.

I think it will be more than a pump moneytree1, as they will be wanting to focus on the recovering share price as they undertake the rounds of presenting to potential investors.

They might even be looking to get the share price up to raise more money for another acquisition.

The forward forecasts are good, and if they have sorted out Reef they have the potential to turn a very decent profit imo. Which in turn should see the share price return to over 1p if they are not already after another bolt-on.

If today's buys turn out to be further director buying, it can only be positive in the short/medium term.

Do the directors that issued today`s RNS really think posting this is going to have any beneficial effect on the share price - If anything it is more likely to be negative, they really do seem to be clueless when it comes to investor confidence and shows that they like to shoot themselves in the foot.

Instead of visiting investor shows they need to be obtaining profitable contracts and proving they have sorted REEF out.

Looking at L2 it looks as though there still might be an order to be filled, or they might be wanting to cover that 1m trade at 0.4749. Still, a few more buys and it could shoot upwards, if the sellers dry up.

More director buying I note, maybe other inside parties are buying in this morning, as I see there have been a few early buys of reasonable sizes.

Maybe any set of RNS tomorrow with other PDMR share purchases.

More of a dump but L2 is starting to look stronger again, and if the overhang is cleared it could soon return to this mornings price imo.

Only around 60k`s worth in total, shows how little money it takes to move the market at this time.

There is at least some level of support and some picked up at sub 0.40p wonder if there is more selling to come once again if the share price lifts - overhang needs to clear to move forward.

I will not be averaging down from my sub 0.50p buys.

Richard Farnbrough resigned from Reef and I wonder if he has been the seller that has been ans seems still to be dumping a very large number of shares - Does Richard Farmbrough remain a significant shareholder in Zinc Media, even though I thought he was only due to leave at the end of April but as he resigned from his post the company would not be obliged to inform the market if he is the seller I guess.

Spoke to soon jon123 I see one MM has dropped the bid and offer, I presume a large sell to show up later. Just when it looked like a few folk were buying back in.

Well at least for now it seems to be going in the right direction jon123, with only three MM left on offer at 0.50 and a fair few medium sized trades showing.
