That’s the new ordinary shares post consolidation - Which will be worth about £1 each so it’s certainly not a small investment by the Bod!

The directors have not put that much skin in with the placing.

as soon as the Book Building RNS is out it should bounce imo. Maybe take till next week but as you say kMann clears the debt

Glad i didnt go in too deep before this, might start adding now. But it ends any more speculation, cleas the debt, and gives the enough cash to grow imo.

OK lets see if the board buy in at this placing. Could be an indicator of a large opportunity on the horizon, ie another decent contract win.

ps i didnt get the rns from investigate, my usual source.

Well there it is as UKD said it would be.
Last time they raised funds it shot up but I doubt that will happen this time around.
The share consolidation should put that to bed.

Chairman has not been dynamic since taking his seat, which has been disappointing, same goes for another listed company that he also leads.
You wonder what they do for their pay cheques.
Good luck K
Are you one of those bargain hunting brits, buying this once again at give away levels.

hi guys, did you see Ricky Gervais at the globes? he really highlighted the hypocrisy of Hollywood and all the virtue signalling "stars"
Loved it!

been keeping an eye out here, I'm back in for a few, and Ill buy a few more if they stop making zero profit content for the BBCs social engineering project.

looks like the new management have stepped up to the US big 4 new providers

I doubt there will be any news before the half year report.

Why bother buying Zinc - all they have is poachable people.

Will there be any news here before the March Half Year report?

Contracts or a decent trading update or better still a bid from another company.

Yep it's been OK so far, I bought some SNG 5.9 and it's now 6.2 to sell - I just hope the rest of my trades work out like that.

(SNG is held by Link from Woodford, and has suffered the overhang problem, but it looks to have bottomed, which is why I bought)

Still a bit concerned with FS' forced exit and what that will do to the programming quality and sustainable growth.

Daily millions to send the share price down, maybe to where the BoD want it to raise funds at what they want to look as a fair deal - say 0.002 we shall see but not a insider buyer says it all at this level imo.

Heading for new lows.

Another slow drip drip down on little volume. To get back to 0.03p will in my estimate take buys of over 10/15 million without further sells.

Today`s RNS provides positiveness that these shares are in solid hands and unlikely to be released into the market in the foreseeable future, and it is pleasing to know how much these individuals have in ensuring Zinc`s success.

No doubt they do but the more the merrier.

I used to be invested in BBSN who Herald Investments are also a major shareholder but only around 3% but here its over 33% - There was talk of a merger before Claire Hungate was made the CEO (since departed or removed) during which she turned the fortunes of the company around, and during her time in office, the share price increased one day by over 300% but it has since sunk under the new CEO. The point is, I wonder if Herald may try bring them together again, as I always suggest BBSN needed more production facilities and ZIN would be a good fit. They also had and I stress had, a good cash balance of over £3.5 million. Like ZIN we have had very little by way of trading updates or likely half outcome.

What did surprise me in Zinc`s Accounts was the rise in the average number of employees 2018/2018 from 84 up to 129 - but the cost associated with those numbers did not increase by anything near the same percentage, as the increase in total salaries was only an extra £120k.

If they were to be dovetailed, I am sure there could be huge savings.

Episode 5 - Lost Cities with Albert Lin - Petra's Hidden Origins - Sunday at 8pm on National Geographic.

According to reports these programs for NG are pretty high budget, and I expect take time to produce, with income/profit only arising upon delivery. The Group has delivered several of these of late, so the income may well show up in the six months to Dec 31st following the change in accounting dates and bring the year end to Dec 2020, which is more in line.

A fair sized sell again - £7500.00 worth dumped - though we saw a few small buyers of late this has been the trend for a while. Not the most positive of signs but has someone just got tired of the false dawns and lack of news or profits on all the work undertaken.
