05/12/2018 17:59 | Could the delayed 1,000,000 be a buy from around 11 o’clock this morning? Smoke and mirrors here. Bodes well for tomorrow. | mick sturbs
05/12/2018 15:36 | All this time and I had no idea they were traded on NEX doh. | dave4545
05/12/2018 15:32 | I see a trade went through for 130k on NEX at .395 - which might have been the reason WINS marked their bid up from .25 to .30, so in view that more than an hour has passed it looks like they never had a larger sell between. Tomorrow should be interesting. | clocktower
05/12/2018 14:48 | Thanks for clearing that up. The mm's certainly acted like they read that as a seller and dropped their offer price. I've not got the funds to test that 0.395p but as it's 0.05p under I'm sure there will be 500-1 mil available on it | dave4545
05/12/2018 14:46 | dave4645 - try putting a deal through at that offer and I think you might have a problem securing stock. The MM might have thought that RNS suggests that he might be selling - I understand they are locked in for sometime and very much doubt they would want to part with stock at this level. | clocktower
05/12/2018 14:14 | Price rising on every buy but on that Rns they have dropped the offer back to 0.395p | dave4545
05/12/2018 13:52 | I agree no more acquisitions which is why DG has stepped down. This company will now be in the process of being groomed for sale. Remember the Align Research note? Exit by end of next year I think it was. They had a conservative (base case scenario) value of 1.35p per share, if I remember correctly. If we see the ‘significant increase’ in turnover that has been alluded to we could be looking at being acquired for much more than that... especially if we have deals with the likes of Netflix/ amazon etc etc. Good luck all long term holders. | mick sturbs
05/12/2018 13:41 | Now that the man from TERN TV is running the show, I do not think we will see any acquisitions until such time as the company is paying dividends. DG being the only director that I can ever remember buying stock after he had announced he was departing - his work done, as he was the driving force behind buying Tern TV. He will soon be rewarded by seeing the share price rise - can you imagine if we get a contract with Nextflix - Amazon or the likes in the USA ? | clocktower
05/12/2018 13:31 | UKD If I read a companies accounts and they were burning cash say £100k a month and had £300k left then I think fair comments for anybody that says a placing soon because it's odds on. But £3.5 mil cash and they have to make £750k payment to x Alp holders still leaves them £2.75 mil. If they need a placing it's a good placing for a acquisition not a bad placing where company is knackered and has to do a basket case funding well below current price | dave4545
05/12/2018 13:28 | Nice to see a rise here. Glad to see the overhang is gone. Also very glad I got my last million at .38 a couple weeks ago!! don’t think we’ll see that price again. If this is the real deal this could shoot up multiples very quickly. | mick sturbs
05/12/2018 13:11 | More than likely dave4545, I think it may only be one or two people that have been buyers rather being around ten buyers. However it has highlighted how little it will now take to move this up another 10/20% imo. | clocktower
05/12/2018 13:10 | So it’s illegal to suggest that a company which hasn’t turned a profit for years will probabaly need to do a placing if they continue to not make money? Well lock me up and throw away the key! I suppose it’s fine for you to say contracts around the corner, they have plenty of cash, will turn a profit soon, buyers waiting to jump in etc though because it suits your agenda. The fact you don’t like my opinion doesn’t make it wrong or illegal. | ukdannyboy
05/12/2018 13:03 | You do get into trouble if you are deliberately making up scare stories of placings in a company that seems to have plenty of cash to see them through for a long time. Looks like many were waiting for it to turn first before buying | dave4545
05/12/2018 12:50 | LOL UKD - Are you still buying? If so I have to commend you on your timing - I guess you will disappear from this thread when the share price hits .9 having made a very nice profit, unlike myself. | clocktower
05/12/2018 12:28 | You don’t get into trouble for posting your opinion, if you did 90% of the people here would be in jail for suggesting the results would be good when they weren’t. My opinion - they will need to do a pretty big placing to get the working capital needed to carry on at the rate they are. But goood for you to see a tick up on the price, of course, nothing goes down in a straight line. .6 and .9 lol - and Santa is going to come down my chimney. | ukdannyboy
05/12/2018 12:14 | Maybe UKD has been just trying to run the share price down so he could buy, and if it is buying he seems to have pulled it off but could be in trouble (not that much gets done about it) Maybe his absence says it all, however I guess we will all be pleased to see the share price on the up at long last with SING now on bid at long last. With the buy on NEX it seems that it has taken around 1.8 million buys to move it, if there are not other big ones that we have yet to see. Good news would now send this up towards the .9 that money was raised at to buy TERN TV - but .6/.65 is about it I guess. | clocktower
05/12/2018 11:52 | Overhang cleared without a doubt, so we should see a rapid rise up again imo. DYOR A few more buys and we could see a real big rise that will please the directors that were buying not that long ago at much higher levels. | clocktower
05/12/2018 11:33 | Soon after the MM dropped the offer, we have had a number of decent buys - we are yet to see the size of the sell that caused the fall or did the MM just use that sale of 129k to drop it and entice buyers to start the rise, as the spread has moved from .35/.38 before the drop to .33/.4 since the 1.2 million of buys that followed it. Next few trades may start to tell the story. | clocktower
03/12/2018 17:42 | Dangerous game if you are making up total false stories about funding if company has no intention of doing one or does not need to do one. We had a buy today lol 140k at 0.3580p | dave4545
02/12/2018 13:29 | UKD I’ll take your view (advice) then and not buy more until it happens, then pile in if I have not been offered a chance to participate before then. 😋👌 | clocktower
02/12/2018 12:51 | Huge placing coming just wait and see | ukdannyboy
01/12/2018 12:10 | UKD as you know I have acknowledged that I have taken a hit here but still own a fair few but at this point it’s in time wiling to take a total hit, if the worse was to happen. However, I do not think that will be the case and I am even thinking about buying more again and averaging down. As it is very unusual to hit base point. Did the same several times with CRU and one well on the way up if your in for the longer term. BBSN looking good as well. | clocktower
01/12/2018 11:46 | Same as this CT, I thought Lightwave was finally going to turn a profit this year and they didn’t. Many here thought the same and it didn’t. Both have dropped 30% since the results and if they don’t start making money soon then fundraising is the only option. Orders are great but when a company turns over £20m and still loses money you have to wonder if they are capable of ever making a profit. | ukdannyboy |
