26/11/2018 22:03 | My view is there won’t be any more acquisitions. DG leaving and the Tern boss replacing him is enough evidence of this. They are going to be focusing on winning new commissions and making good TV programmes now. Give it another 12-18 months and we’ll be acquired ourselves by a bigger fish. All just in my humble opinion of course. Oh and we won’t be 0.36p either, maybe 1.5p perhaps? | mick sturbs
26/11/2018 21:41 | Has Danny forgot about all the cash then ? Because his posts make it sound like a company with no cash when it's a company with 3/4 of it's value in cash. Makes it look great value and you can buy much lower now than recent director buys at 0.36p now, buy when weak and sell spikes is my method not the other way round like most idiots on the market only buying when a stock is up 30%+ It will happen here I'm sure | dave4545
26/11/2018 21:33 | They had £3.5 million in the bank end of June 2018. They are also winning bigger and bigger commissions. They will only need cash if they make another acquisition, otherwise they are not going to run out of money | kryptonsnake
26/11/2018 19:59 | We’ll see. H1 nearly done, hopefully a trading statement from the company in the new year might give us an idea of how things are going but I’m sure we are doing significantly better than this time last year. | mick sturbs
26/11/2018 17:40 | Lack of cash and low margins. A difficult industry, they will need some working capital soon imo. | ukdannyboy
26/11/2018 16:42 | What makes you think a placing is coming Danny? | mick sturbs
26/11/2018 16:26 | Yes with a bit of luck they might try and pump the price a bit before they do a placing. It might give people a short window to get out above 0.40p although looking at the chart I reckon even Michael schofield would struggle to break out of this one with a profit. | ukdannyboy
21/11/2018 16:17 | Pretty sure there is going to be a placing here they have hardly any money at all! | ukdannyboy
21/11/2018 08:28 | A early seller to start the ball rolling back downhill already but the game is on it seems at long last. | clocktower
20/11/2018 13:38 | Nice buying today, made a dint into that overhang | dave4545
20/11/2018 08:39 | Sounds the most plausible suggestion so far. Well if it is true, the selling won’t last forever and the good news is it’s not a reflection on zincs performance... and we should see a massive re-rate when they are done selling. | mick sturbs
20/11/2018 03:55 | I'm wondering whether Artemis Alpha (ATS) is the seller. Its managers have been under pressure due to bad performance and have been making changes to the portfolio over the last six months. Its last reported stake was 117,211,780 (8.26%), but I know from experience that it doesn't always report when it's selling down. If it is ATS, then that would explain the seemingly inexhaustable supply of shares available... | rambutan2
19/11/2018 16:46 | The 2.5m buyer seems to have gone to ground as well. So it will take a miracle to see this back at 0.9 the sum they raised funds to buy TERN TV around twelve months ago. | clocktower
19/11/2018 15:59 | They were buying much higher up the food chain, with the knowledge of poor figures just it seemed to help their pals unload loads of stock - so anything is possible with this lot. No good being in love with any stock: No good dreaming that it will be coming back. | clocktower
19/11/2018 15:43 | More traders desperate to get out. I cannot get my head around the logic of selling a share some 10%+ lower than what directors are buying at. | dave4545
19/11/2018 14:34 | Wonder how many more millions the seller has besides that 1.5m dave. | clocktower
19/11/2018 14:21 | Still 1.5 mil offer online ct Wonder if another 2.5 mil will get bought and shown after the close today | dave4545
19/11/2018 12:05 | Tight spread this morning - sell .3575 - buy .3779 being better than the last few trades and pointing towards your post jon123 | clocktower

19/11/2018 09:09 | Although they have clearly been in discussions with Netflix it seems nothing has come of it so far - and the lack of big name news along with some big seller is clearly depressing the stock price. | clocktower
16/11/2018 17:06 | yeah the share price will down like it has done for the 10 months lol | jon123
16/11/2018 16:51 | Another 2,500,000 after close but will it have any effect on the share price next week? | clocktower |
