12/11/2018 12:28 | Funny how a weekend can kill the action. Had the market not shut on Friday I reckon the volumes would have continued. So far not even a trade today | dave4545
12/11/2018 08:11 | Nice to see fresh interest in the thread imjustdandy. I assume you have either held these for a while or just bought in on the back of recent news and your research. Wonder if it will get going this week or will we just see a return to low volumes? | clocktower
10/11/2018 05:48 | Strong trading from Tern will create value here. This is going back to 0.6 shortly then onwards. | imjustdandy
09/11/2018 16:03 | I expect there will be big contract news, and it could be as early as next week as they have already advised investors they were in talks with Netflix, the directors would have been able to buy - hence David Galan buying is my guess. I can see it rocketing very soon. | clocktower

09/11/2018 15:58 | Thanks jon123 dave4545 you will be selling them back to cheaply but if your happy with that sort of profit, then good on you - leave something for someone else. | clocktower
09/11/2018 15:51 | 0.44 was the quote for 700k | jon123
09/11/2018 15:50 | can you get them sub 0.45 jon123 | clocktower
09/11/2018 15:43 | can buy up to 700k online | jon123
09/11/2018 15:39 | Cannot buy many on-line now. | clocktower
09/11/2018 15:27 | Overhang cleared it seems - onward and upwards now SING on bid also. | clocktower
09/11/2018 15:16 | That is a great RNS because of H.Bells total holding being added too. This could now soon fly once the overhang is out of the way. | clocktower
09/11/2018 11:43 | Maybe engaging with TV viewers would need more production availability!! Claire Hungate, Chief Executive Officer, Brave Bison, commented: "Therefore, as well as being one of the biggest online media publishers in the World (ranked 5th in September: Tubular Labs*), we're engaging with audiences on TV sets too.” | clocktower
09/11/2018 09:53 | Going back to the part payment they made in shares to the members of Tern TV, while they said there was a lock-in arrangement - that might have only covered a percentage of the shares or only some of the parties concerned, and they never disclosed the details. So now we have another MM on offer at 0.4 with that sale of 500k shares. The puzzle is why would the departing CEO buy another £5k`s worth other than to give the impression that others should follow - there were however a lot purchased before he bought in the market. If the company broker is working/ holding the share price at this level on behalf of the company, to make an offer look attractive - the cost would have been very little even if 20/30 million shares were sacrificed., and so far we are nowhere near that figure. | clocktower
09/11/2018 09:43 | No problem buying at least 3.75 million, it might be 5 mil online but not currently got the spare funds to test if it's 5 or 7.5 mil or 10 mil offered But it's a big overhang that is for sure | dave4545
09/11/2018 09:38 | KMann, I believe you have hit the nail on the head. The strategy has always been to sell the business once performing profitably, they have made no secret of that. The evidence all points toward preparing the business for sale. | mick sturbs
09/11/2018 08:25 | kMann - considering your post 811 - your suggestion of a RTO could be a possibility - ZIN tried to merge with BBSN when their share price was high - could BBSN now be looking to take ZIN out on a part cash part share deal, BBSN has cash and talked about these sorts of possibility. BBSN shares, I think were about .8 at that time. | clocktower
09/11/2018 08:16 | Even after two more larger buys this morning (maybe more director buying) the share price is wedged solid but come what may it will take news to send it any higher than .45/.5 imo So with buys out stripping sells over the past days by a very considerable margin, it must be a pretty large block being sold off. How many millions more? | clocktower
08/11/2018 22:21 | Bought some the other day. Must be holding Rns due to disclose the seller | dave4545
08/11/2018 18:45 | Starting to think an rto or buyout incoming hence dg moving on, and itv new blood moving in, that or a complete change of direction, ie more diverse primetime tv. sp manipulated imo, we all know this should be higher. | kmann
08/11/2018 14:03 | Of the couple of trades since it seems since the 70k buy the share price price one can buy at has slipped already - must be a huge overhang still to clear. Was DG aware of it and was the buy just to help clear it if possible or are the MM playing games? Need to see a few more large buys before we get some direction I assume. | clocktower
08/11/2018 13:42 | His purchase does not seem to have attracted other buyers. I expect that is because last time he and others in the company did, it soon sunk again, and seemed to be a ploy to allow others with knowledge to exit before the results. So I guess it is a matter of trust. | clocktower |
