03/12/2024 21:13 | If they are so rich giving to charity helps avoid IHT. Zphr rebrand incoming ? | fenners66
03/12/2024 20:42 | "has to continually spend capex, stimulating its wells, just to stand still." Actually it's worse. These are the Williston wells where the operator is already doing everything economically sensible to stem their decline and yet it still fades faster than a Scottish suntan. To properly offset the decline they'd have to buy a 15% larger share. Oh and they still have all that debt and interest to pay off. The economics are terrible. But, what seems more important to the fake septegenerian deca-millionaires, who pretend to know what they are doing, is of couse, that Colin says it's great. | loglorry1
03/12/2024 12:58 | Who would be buying the warrants for 7.5p when you can buy on the market at 2.6p. If Paradox is a success the share price might be above the warrant price in 2026. | packman8
03/12/2024 10:55 | Like many feeling here, very frustrating but a little “more” patience required as it’s all looking very positive. By way of balancing the positives I must say I don’t understand why CH pays himself such a large “check” (US) every month. By all means up it to where it is now but only after a year or so of sustained production. This does grate somewhat. | obmuj
03/12/2024 10:40 | No doubt the would be "investor in Paradox" will note that too. Knowing they already had "issues" and needed to use acid to get to a flow rate that they will not divulge properly to shareholders can they anticipate that if there is any production from Paradox it will suffer the same declining fate unless continually invested in ? | fenners66
03/12/2024 09:26 | "Q3 production from the portfolio averaged 1,047 barrels of oil equivalent per day ("boepd") net to Zephyr, and 96,324 barrels of oil equivalent for the period, compared to average production in the second quarter of 2024 ("Q2") of 1,226 boepd." 15% decline in production in just one quarter illustrates the real economics of a business that has to continually spend capex, stimulating its wells, just to stand still. | jaknife
03/12/2024 07:56 | "Cash generated from the portfolio covers all corporate costs and allows us to continue to advance the Paradox project, where we are preparing to commence drilling operations" More significantly what about debt servicing and repayment costs and the vast amount they need to spend to keep buying more Williston production to stem decline? | loglorry1
03/12/2024 07:48 | This is not well worded - "Cash generated from the portfolio covers all corporate costs and allows us to continue to advance the Paradox project, where we are preparing to commence drilling operations" on first read you would be forgiven for linking cash generated from operations would be paying for Paradox but its Not. But so far neither is anything else and that includes warrants not taken up. The "agreement" to finance Still not delivered How many months have they been talking about it now ? Its winter , is someone getting cold feet ? | fenners66
03/12/2024 07:22 | RNS - nearly there. “ Further to our update on 14 November 2024, I am pleased to report that our asset level funding process for our forthcoming drilling operations continues to progress well and in line with our expectations. We fully anticipate signing the binding documentation for the asset level funding later this month.” | obmuj

02/12/2024 17:19 | The last 2 years we've had Q3 results on the 15/11. What's going on this year? I suspected they were waiting for Milton to sell up before issuing any news but they're done now. | stuart little

22/11/2024 18:03 | Assagai, Back in October you were bragging: ================ Assagai, 10 Oct '24 - 10:12 - 13334 My investment is probably 10X your short. As you say I'm a big boy so probably not too concerned with trifles. ================ And yet now you're saying that a 250,000 share trade excites you! If you're 70 then perhaps you're better off investing in the little blue pills rather than this flop! JakNife | jaknife |
