Been busy today but where do you see it RNS'd that the NOMAD of ZPHR (or any other corp) is writing to the FCA to complain about people making mean comments about the company they work for?

You state this as fact so I guess you have some evidence?

the companies concerned are unlikely to object ?
These boards are seen as a one way bet.

Some say what they like - positively - make up thousands of words of rubbish and never feel like there could ever be consequences.

That's why these claims need to be challenged and tested
