Even the chart in the header has this dropping for 6 months not 1
So is that the same answer for those that bought 6 months ago ?
"Expected drop" "Means nothing" .....

Thanks for introducing me to the latest investing trend.
Buy a share expecting it to go down.
Ah it makes sense now , that's why so many people are doing it.

Kinda like Brewster's Billions....

Expected drop as many will depart for a month or more and come back.
Means nothing except usual frustration.
Hold for gold.

Let's see on what terms the up to $7m arrive (if it does). Interest rate, secured on what other assets, first call on revenues, repaid form current completion should lateral fail. There may be no equity component outside this well but we don't know what the terms are so we don't know what happens if they don't repay.

Downhole data must be looking pretty interesting to invest 7m into 5500 foot lateral for a WI in the well.Has to be a major dipping there toe in.Very exciting times ahead for ZPHR

Well they did not add the usual caveat to that "their can be no certainty" etc, so I guess that is a positive.
They say they have permits - have they actually had to apply since the last update - that info should be in the public domain.
If they already had permits and have not had to apply recently , then I read that as a way of deflecting attention from the delay as if it represented a reason.
"Surface operations on the pad will begin as soon as possible," - but the weather will now be starting to close in and a delay until next year would not surprise.
So no results until .... April ? IF they get started.
By then Trump will be in post and "Drill baby drill" may have started. Which would be great for US energy users
not so great for deciding if a project is commercial or not...

Was expecting the 3rd quarter non ops. Let's hope that they are reasonable. Normally, about 45 days after the quarter ends.
