Zenova. Is now on the revenue stage. The products available are fully certified and are arguably the best anywhere. They now have 100k a month on average comming in from one contract. But this could be variable..more in the summer. Less in the winter. Its the construction industry.!!
Zenova will make good of these initial summer months revenue.
In todays papers universities are strapped for cash. Changing to fire extinguishers that are more effective may take time. But 4,500 fire extinguishers plus the smaller fx500, could be slowly replaced. Instead of a one off mega order it could be a nice steady monthly renewal. Yearly renewals start after 3 years. Got to get the business announced first.!!.
News from the nhs may take time to filter out. Not a problem the foot is in the door, just like sheffield university. BUT. a walk allways starts with the first step.!!!!!!.
MARITIME. now fully certified european and english flagged ships for extinguishers. AND in the background and not yet released by the company is the fx concentrate! It can be mixed with sea water to put out onboard fires. And used in existing pipework if fully cleaned. AVIATION. Whats that all about. Watch the demo where 2 small huts are set om fire. One treated with zenova products the othe untreated. End result a pile of ashes and a black but in one piece structure.
The f.p paint blisters but does not catch fire. Maritimeaviation are new distributer is in the luxury yacht helicopter business. Thats just one example of where a new contract could appear from.
Results should be later next months and you will be able to check out the companies position. Never rely on an aim bulletin board and the continuous use of fear about funding. It stops you looking at investment opportunities

The upside is based on things like the Drips and Sparks Ltd £200k order per month. Drips and Sparks described as a Sprayer Group.

But they are a one man (Francois Chklar) operation that does subcontract electrical work and small refurbs



Their most recent accounts to 30/3/23 showed negative value of £36,815


Mr Chklar had another company. Now gone bust


But over in the other thread everything is perfect.

Looking forward to the next lot of revenue news but to say that a shareholder is attacking the company when he is concerned about the placing price is abit strange to say the least. I am also excited about University and NHS but they have had client names in the past which haven't come to anything so we will all be relieved when a name client does through the due dilegence and trial orders and signs on the dotted line. At the price they are there is a hell of alot of upside and little down side unless they go bust. Their products look too good to entertain that notion

I have now fully researched this. But i will update if i find anything.
Keep your eyes on trading. Someone has bought that 3.5% stake. And the succesful lithium-ion battery tests are due. Half yearly results are six months away.

Koti4. Filtered. Other investors. I recomend the check of the history option. This guy is a trader and not an invedtor. Post 14926 ..wipe out ahead is one of theexamples of his posts. Copper lake, horihorizonte minerals and tern are some of the companies mentioned.
This person is not the 3.5% holder.knowledgeable yes. Holder no.
A placing might appear at some stage. But most fund fund raising mention is scare mongering. Is it trying to divert the attention away from the magnificent sheffield university news. Very likely. Its not the actions of a person that has just bought 3.5% of thr company. koti4 filtered.

I know exactly how AIM works so what is your thoughts on a placing price, needs a fair bit of news to get the share price back towards fair value. These are BBs where ideas are exchanged and debated.

I do not like it wgen the idiots i filter are given a platform by a.n.other it makes me suspect a.n.other. sometimes i tgen use the filter.
I will still post about the company like i have been.
And no one buys 3.5% of a company without knowing the basics of the aim market. Someone has bough5 those shares and the liquidity has tightened.
The ceiling sprinkler, a picture has now apoeared will make a good addition to the product range.

Cash raise March 24 of £678k

Loss per annum £1.6m
They must be on fumes.

The flurry of non RNSs recently point to a placing being presold. I think another £650k being raised at 1.2p.
Cash wise they must be firefighting right now. Which makes sense. I wonder if the £350k working capital facility (for which the insiders will be rewarded whatever that means) is being used?

Hi. Certifications are probably ongoing.
An example is the fluid concentrate that has not been mentioned by the company yet. Also..the long awaited ceiling sprinkler. This would be ideal for the maine market.. another certificate. Funding. Less is required due to the drips and sparks contract 100k a month and making a material difference. Another revenue bearing contract would have an immediate impact.
Sheffield university!! The sheer size of that place and the amount of extinguishers could require funding if it was done in one go. A funding for that would raise the share price.
Also..the b2b model means the distributers keep the costs down. The company has less than a dozen employees. Amazon seems useless but dulux has been menioned. So revenues are an unknown qauntity.
The half year results should give us a better view of the company. Ideally for me we have revenue bearing news before hand. A funding at stupidity levels is stupid..

Do they now have all the certifications they require over all the different sectors they are targeting?

They have said in nearly every recent RNS that volume of sales will increase so I look forward to seeing a few meaty sale agreements over the coming days,weeks,months and years.

The videos,feedback and certifications surely do not lie about the products that this company has

Therefore next lot of news you would hope for is for continued trial orders or even full orders, hopefully not a placing but always the danger with AIM companies but with a company in the upper sale cycle it will become less of a danger with time. If we get another placing then hopefully I will be asked to partcipate in it as it could be the last one

People who think today was a non event have to realise that the new albanian sub distributer is probably sorting out thr new business.
Its the big stuff that will provide the buy volume..the nhs and sheffield university

In common..bullish writeups. The furst three havebeen instrumental in the major contracts.
Most if the b2b revenue is being generated from here.
