Not the biggest amount of money but the fact that the price was raised shows that there are not many shares down here but where are the follow on updates on what this money is being spent on. Directors can't continue to waste funds raised, concentrate their minds and pay them shares issued at the IPO price it might well get them to focuss on shareholder value as at the moment without knowing where this placing has gone it looks like its paying ill deserved salaries rather than getting breakthrough contracts.
How many months is it since we were told by that liar PR man that there was a German contract coming, 6 months ago wasn't it
PS Was the reason why I bought in and now losing like the rest of you, can't understand how in a public available interview that you can claim something is happening then when it doesn't happen there is no consquence for what was a lie?? |
1.2m buy.. its tne first positive since the fund raise.. bid raised.. |
Ecob creeping up...definately the better option now.. |
Ecob has some buying taking place. Two more showcase dwellings are being constructed. There is aready 100k of european orders bagged and a south american order would wake the market up.. At the moment there has not been any product connection. The drone w.b demo could result in a new approach to fire fighting on a large estate with smaller dwellings. |
Spreads wider..?? 33%.. not much then. ?? |
If i had not seen all of those new distributors i would not now believe it. Things are definately quiet though. I was expecting more news.. albania..switzerland austria and germany were my favourites for news. Like last year it is a long time before the full year results. . |
Just wonder how all these distributors and stockists are being resupplied given that Zenova have given up on updates since they got their cheap placing away. See there are fresh bush fires in New York amazed that USA certification for the wild fires isn't a top priority for the company. Common sense doesn't seem to be evident at the company currently. Think I will hold off from purchasing more until we can see that these fresh funds are not being wasted like the last two placings have been. How these directors get paid up to £103k per year for their on going failures I do not know. If only they got paid with shares based on the IPO float price it might sharpen their minds. These products should be flying off the shelfs but it looks like these directors would struggle to sell water to a thirsty man in the Sahara. Must be some update coming soon you would hope, let's hope it's more positive than the recent ones |
Do they actually sell anything and make actual munnneee. |
A.Z.International are behind ecozenova. Eco is ecobuilding and zenova. Hence ECOZENOVA. AZ are the ones behind the Latin America markets. CHILE was the first country with a distributor and there is now a second distributor in a.n.other country. SERGIO RAMIREZIS is the official distributor for Chile.. I believe he is involved in the mellippa housing development. Ecobuilding will build some of the 10k of the houses.. read the recent ecob rne. Lots of fire and emergency dignitaries were at the Chile demo and they have already been to Albania. To see the panels being made!!! Ignore the tosses.. at some stage they will need braille to post. Check out the time scales involved. News could come quickly. These houses are built real quick.. mellippa !! |
Bobdown is certainly ignorant. He bought ECOB based on another set of fake RNSs. Echoridge is part of the skim system. |
From the foregoing I am beginning to think that Bob may well be ignorant. But that is only a supposition on my part. Now echoridge - that's a completely different kettle of fish. |
Desertcart stlucia. Never seen that one advertise before. Desertcart are the stand out advertising distribtor at the moment. . |
Ecob.. i think i have bought 10k at 5.5p. I have problems with my share account. They show the first detached / rabbit hutch built in chile. The market there could be huge.. Best read todays rns. Nothing showing for zenova yet as they wiuld have rns'd it. Ecob could become a star.. |
He also ignored the fake contract news. |
Bobdown22 Mar '25 - 09:44 - 4102 of 4102 0 0 0 A very simple way to view this.. is the selling finished.. and then..how much news has gone unnoticed in the drop in the share price.
Bobdown certainly ignored a lot in the drop in the share price. He ignored the accounts that showed any tax credit was immaterial, he ignored the cash burn that was ongoing, he ignored the absence of news, he ignored the fact Miton we’re selling, and he kept on buying. Now he can ignore the fact that £250k simply keeps the lights on for a bit. |
Bob now discussing sanity! |
A very simple way to view this.. is the selling finished.. and then..how much news has gone unnoticed in the drop in the share price. The troll here.. will poo poo this here but I counted another 90 distributors arrive. This has tailed off to virtually none. And I expect it was due to the L.A fires. Smaller distributors will not provide much revenue.. but there are some big American ones. And America could be the biggest market now. It's time to watch the new arrivals and ignore those who do variations of the sane stuff. |
The coincidence of a Miton fund closing up and selling up, a second Miton fund wanting to add to their holding and the first one not offering to transfer over to the second fund at an agreed price and then shortly afterwards there is a placing at rock bottom bargain prices created by first Miton fund selling down which allows the second fund to fill their boots.
Don't fund managers at the same fund talk to each other when they hold stock in the same company, very strange indeed not to talk to another fund manager if you had stock you wanted to get rid off and the prices reached at the open market price was alot less than what would have been paid on a level transfer to another fund at the same fund manager company.
Echoridge must be connected to the company not to condider this a bit iffy in the very least. The circumstances outlined should be raising a few eyebrows at FSA if they had any teeth and showed any interest in a micro.
It might be all innocent but then again it might not be |
Pug ugly. If it is the case that the Directors have acted ultra vires and breached their fiduciary duty to the shareholders by exceeding their authority under resolutions passed at the AGM then they are liable for losses suffered by the shareholders.
They were limited to £50k nominal value to allot without giving all shareholders the ability to also buy. The nominal value is 0.1p so that is 50m shares max. The rules are there to stop Directors diluting existing non insider shareholders as a when they want.
The 50m would have been fine at 4p share price because that would have been £2m cash raised. But the endless fall resulted in even 50m not being enough. The fact Premier Miton took 10m of the shares means they knew about the raise many weeks before you did by RNS and so they sold higher. Wonderful one way short.
Your first action should be to write to the Nomad asking for an explanation and saying that you have along with others suffered losses. |
Re 1010 above - Can any expert translate into plain English and also outline the positive and/or negative implications for "outside" shareholders. |
I am very surprised that Bobdown with his endless research has not spotted this. Shame he will never know as he filters everybody. |
Hmmm. Interesting. |
There is a small unnoticed item. The last AGM only gave authorisation to the BoD to allot £50k nominal value worth of shares. See resolution 6
The £250k placing was £100k nominal value.
THAT subject to the passing of resolution 5 above, the directors be empowered under section 570 of the Act to allot equity securities (within the meaning of section 560 of the Act) for cash under the general authority already given as if sub-section 561(1) of the Act did not apply to any such allotment, provided that this power shall be limited to: a) the allotment of equity securities in connection with an offer of such securities to holders of ordinary shares where the equity securities for which ordinary shares are respectively entitled to subscribe are proportionate (as nearly as may be) to the respective numbers of ordinary shares held by them, but subject to such exclusions or other arrangements as the directors may deem necessary or expedient in relation to fractional entitlements or any legal or practical problems under the laws of any overseas b) the allotment (otherwise than under sub-paragraph (a) above) of equity securities up to an aggregate nominal value of £50,000; |
"A killing has been made here.. and my 1% did not last long."
If only someone had warned you. Poor sod.
Wait for the inevitable then the crying will really begin. |
Thanks echoridge. 200m shares issued between the shares and warrants. And I think the warrants will be sooner than expected. A killing has been made here.. and my 1% did not last long. Zenova looks good to go, miton has screwed my return |
