We know the new top drive was installed on July the 10th, so, what have they been doing for the last 7 days, did they all pat themselves on the back and go for a weeks holiday or did they discover that the new drive had no internal parts :-)

One further thing when socar drilled c37 in 2008 they missed that new structure ot was the Italian geologist who has identified that.Lets see if hes right. :)

yes, zens reserves are greater than bloe and the zardab field does not have any reserves assigned to it in the cpr- despite the well blow out of z21 some time ago.

I recall the constant deramping at 4p just before the results at bloe, we got daily small sells like here and then the results came out and whooosh.I believe zen has more potential than bloe.Bloe is a very good stock also..

can you imagine what will happen to the share price, if the fluids in that 100m thick, 3 sq km structure turn out to be hydrocarbons, with a very large naturally pressurised well, in well c37 that they are about to start drilling into.

These fields have a history of large compartmentalised structures that pour out oil. There are plenty there and this could be a big find. Hence the very big rig and careful planning.

Do not forget, the last well workover plan was provided by socar to zenith, so they will be heavily involved here. Thankfully andrea doesn't get to do this alone.

zen mkt cap 9m, zen have proven reserves 2p 31mmbls, actually producing 250bopd, and own rig worth over 3m euros.

This company is being run as a Social Services benefits system, similar to the UK's working tax benefits, except that no work is necessary for this company's incumbent two drilling teams...

Cattaneo has form when it comes to robbing British citizens, when he closed down his sock manufacturing empire he attempted to get away with not paying them their wages, and like a lot of people from around the world who think the UK is a soft touch, and can rip them off at will.

Some twerp over on lse doesn't think it necessary to RNS the spudding of this 'latest' well...And he's an even bigger twerp for suggesting that they could already have spud a couple of days ago, and are drilling away like billyho ...LMAO!!

There you go...no RNS reporting the spudding...no surprise from this company...they have wasted the best part of two and a half years....they have got to be up there with the worst performing companies for fulfilling anything they set out to do!!!

Zen have lots of debt. Failure here and you are looking at billions of shares in issue to fund going forward..AC has made a pig's ear of this..Take Txp Production about 2000 bopd and MC of 25 million. This well is binary. And can you even trust Zen..in the past they have failed to tell the market when wells have failed. After announcing production of 50 to 70 bopd..and then look at M195.

I didn't mention 12 months, 8-10k is for the field and all that gas as well. Bloe were near break even before that drill and have £12m in the bank to carry out the project.
I hope zen are successful because it means PI's will make some money but like I said Zen are not in the same league (management).

ZEN plan to drill 2 wells this year and up to 5 next year. If the drill is a success and we get to about 10p we will obviously raise funds just like bloe did.

We are at the stage bloe was at in March before the recent good drill results. That's what I mean. Bloe are looking at a target of 2000bopd in coming 12 months not 8000bopd .Success on c37 will change ZEN with the huge oil reserves we are sitting on
