Not many have sold into this placing. You would normally see quite a few sells but with news so close and a presentation tomorrow night at The Ritz Hotel, I think this placing has been taken on the chin. Managed to get £15k in a few trades as I have faith in Toonarmy and he really rates this company.
Just reading through the RNS's last night and this work over looks very encouraging.

8.5p is the support on the chart so doubt you will get your 7.25p

I will have to live with that and will soon be forgotten if Z21/ Z28 comes in.

Any more dilution below 15p and I am out.

I'll stomach the timing of this as it's highly likely once on board the institutional investors will want a bigger slice of the pie. Think we're finally seeing the transformation of this company from an ugly duckling.

Biggest bagger I lost out on was holding a few hundred K of ASOS when they were 3p and went to £70 undiluted 4 years ago. When the CEO sold a sizeable chunk to buy a house at 8p I sold a lot of mine and should have kept an eye on the bigger picture.

I too sold GKP way to early. Not the first or last time that I will miss out on a 10 bagger I am sure!

If Z21 and Z28 take us to a gross of 1000 BOPD this will then be in the category with a bit of luck and good management.

I agree that its unfair when companies do this and recall it happening with GKP around 10p. It then went on a long journey to 400p.

Lets wait and see what the Z21 and Z28 wells give us in the next few days.

Z21 History (taken from Sea7 on LSE):-

October...

The Company has recently carried out an intervention in the Z-21 well, specifically by coiled tubing and wireline, without the use of a workover rig. On October 18, 2017, an unforeseen build-up in pressure caused a blowout after the failure of a flange on the wellhead.

november 20th

The Company confirms that civil works on the roads to well Z-21 and at the well location have begun. The workover of well Z-21, expected to begin after the completion of the Z-28 workover, will clean out the wellbore with the objective of restoring the well to production at a consistent rate and pressure.

december 19th

The Company confirms that civil works on the roads to well Z-21 and at the well location have been fully completed. Zenith's operational team is currently mobilising a workover rig to the wellsite to begin the high-impact workover of well Z-21 without delay. The Company will provide an update when the workover of well Z-21 begins following the mobilisation of all necessary equipment.

january 17th..

The Company confirms that the high-impact workover of well Z-21 began on the evening of January 16, 2018 following the mobilisation and rigging up of a coiled tubing unit ("CTU") and the arrival of ancillary milling equipment.

The CTU will be run to total depth ("TD"), 3982 metres, bypassing the previous tag depth of 2062 metres to which an initial coiled tubing intervention had been run on August 4, 2017.

As announced by the Company on December 19, 2017, the average wellhead pressure recorded since the initial coiled tubing intervention undertaken in August 2017 has progressively increased to significant levels. The most recent well inspection recorded an average shut-in tubing and shut-in annulus pressure reading of approximately 4300 psi.

The Company will provide an update once operations at well Z-21 are completed.

I have a feeling z-28 is not the buggy...z-21 could be a beast.I still ask the question...why has the leaked information at the investor confidence in Dec, that only 3/12 ESP arrived has NOT been RNSd yet?!12p+ on its way, and then they will dilute massively to fund the major drilling program.

AC is a share holder at nearly 3% and he has family members invested here. He also has been buying recently on the open market. I do not think its in his interest to be doing anyone any favors. He will want positive news out like the rest of us. The placing rumor may have no substance to it for all we know.
