actual buy price on zen is showing as 8p, so we may see the offer drop at some point, unless there are some buys to mop up the stock available at that price.

Agree and see operational improvements coming re rig and manpower/team usage which should convert into more success and greater confidence in the co soon enough. Of course oil not tanking will help too.

I think the new bigger rig will speed up workovers, where these small old Russian rigs have failed the bigger rig will have more power to do the job, lessons learned.

I am sure the new COO would have instigated this new move. need more clarification from Zenith what they plan doing going forward. still a positive move in my view

The interesting bit to ponder is...The target of 1000bopd still remains and the CEO is confident. But only one team is working on the workover plan. Adding sub.pump won't count towards the workover bopd.CEO needs to be interview sharpish to clarify it all. Why has the share price not reacted well to an extraordinary well195 result?Who is the seller?Questions need answering!

On issue I have atm is the lacking of holding updates as this is not obliged to disclose.Yesterday's move could simply be a seller in again. 500k was shown.Regardless time for a top up. Experienced team now doing well-45 means better chance of success. I have a feeling the other team were too slow and just not experienced enough.Gd luck.

Agree cottoner, too many here over the last few months spouting lies referring to AIM and have similar qualities. LOL

Great RNS, getting things moving faster.

There will be NO MORE FUNDING this year. It is fully funded for the workover program. They will need to do so for the main drilling program.

The whole point of this to be on a low budget plan...which they state again on today's RNS.

That's irrelevant, we were talking about the lack of regulation in general, ZEN is standard list, which is akin to AIM, IMO.

Not sure they can raise any further money unless they ask shareholders permission through an egm? I know they can't raise anymore equity by themselves, but if the money flowing in is good, then there no reason why they couldn't get some finance on decent terms. If the figures stack up then why not? If they then hit their 1000 BOPD then paying it back won't be a problem

PUGUGLY....It states "the company shall gradually increase its CAPEX in order to achieve its oil production more quickly."

There's no indication in that to to take the view a fundraising will be needed, once they get M-145 flowing oil and the new rental rig then it will be self financing, as they already had the funding in place for their initial years plans, and with the 149+ bopd expected from M-145 funding shouldn't be a worry at the moment, and w/o's will be completed quicker..

Agree about Quatar, waiting to see if the shenanigans over in the gulf have an effect on production thus pricing at some point. War in the middle east certainly would.
I took "as the positive results of our operations grow more apparent, the Company shall gradually increase its CAPEX" and the rest of the blurb to mean as they have cash from sales of oil they'll upgrade their equipment to become more efficient but we'll know soon enough who's right I guess.
