i dont think being cash generative is the big issue. The market should be convinced that the business has growth potential and so can attribute good valuation to the share. More often than not, it's the forward looking potential that gives rise to an increased share price.

That is re-assuring because if it is not cash generative what is the point.My losses would be reduced by 50% getting cash back of 6p

Had a chat with SC.

Deal will hopefully be finally signed off tomorrow. Detailed RNS will be devised, and issued Tues or Wednesday next week.

A comprehensive web presentation will be made available to show case the new business.

He couldn't tell me any more (for obvious reasons) but he's pretty excited about the business.

So nearly there.

Pj mate,I think I'd have to wait an awful long time before I could get the champagne out,lol.I think the price has to have two more zero's on the end before I break even.

although to be fair to SC, i think he was probably taken in by the spendthrifts in Germany too! Dont think there was anything wrong with the technology, just the german fools never commercialised anything before starting the next 100m r&d project..
i think the SC has probably worked harder than we think in saving (albeit a shadow of itself) something for the shareholders..

anyway lets hope we rise even quicker than we fell with the new direction!!!

still find it bizarre that we trade at 50% discount to cash.. the market is pricing in that SC will overpay by 100% on any potential acquistion, and that all our royalty streams are worth sweet FA... i dont get it..
