No one knows what business ZEN have bought. Market wants to see the deal first.

I remember the share more than doubling last January, on speculation of good news. Only to be followed by a disappointing RNS.

May be this time round market wants to see the news before attributing any value to the upside.

I don't think whatever SC is buying will have any impact otherwise I am sure we would have seen some decent buys !!

It has no debt. Current market cap is c£2.5m

Any acquisition has to be better than cash of £4m doing nothing.

Strange goings on.The offer price gets taken out and then it drops to 3.4.It's as if they are trying to spook or keep a lid on the price.It will be interesting to see if the 3.4 price goes through.
