14/10/2021 08:57 | Do we a list of the companies ? | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:52 | Sounds to me CNG didn't hedge the hedges lol with glencore What a mess | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:49 | Most of the 20 suppliers hedged 100% of their portfolio. CNG have rug pulled them. | 1me me
14/10/2021 08:41 | I am happy if they raise a few Bob and treble the business size | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:40 | This smacks of funds being raised for an acquisition | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:39 | 3.33% down on 36 shares traded (and 35 were buys) !!! | daveboy19
14/10/2021 08:15 | The question is are YU going to raise some funds to increase the size of the business by 200% ? Until this is answered there will be some wild swings, I would not be surprised if smartest took a stake in YU | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:13 | Again the market is ignoring the fact YU are insulated from the malaise and doesn't understand what has happened at CNG.It's the shipping side that has caused CNG to collapse through smaller suppliers going bust and not paying bills or Symbio, Avro etc .This side of the business was a 500m turnover the supplier side to 40,000 SMEs was a 70m turnover during COVID and 100m prior to COVID.Fire sales are good for cash rush debt free predators. They could pick up the book very cheap how much is normal per client ? | sparky333
14/10/2021 08:04 | What a strange opening | sparky333
14/10/2021 07:20 | The key word was NDAs and limited it what he could say that means they are talking to one or more with regards to acquisitions | sparky333
14/10/2021 07:11 | I just do not understand OFGEM and how they allowed these companies not to commodity hedge.it's a basic risk management tool and the YU hedging manager has 30 years experience with EON.Now I understand the comments from BK in the AJ Bell interview. There was a definite a flood of acquisitions coming if they fit into the YU business.Let's not mince words here these shippers are going bust because they didn't hedge enough gambled and lost. YU could be in a very short period of time be a medium sized SME supplier with 100,000+ client turning over 500m and with the digital transformation driving down overheads a very profitable business throwing off cash. | sparky333
14/10/2021 06:35 | Up to 20 suppliers most of them supplying SME customers will go to the wall unless they find a new shipper fast. I think there is only one other shipper (Gazprom). BP and now Glencore backed suppliers failing. | 1me me
14/10/2021 06:17 | The other 10000 meter points are smaller suppliers CNG ship for. Will have to go bust if they cannot find another shipper pronto. | 1me me
13/10/2021 22:17 | Aha just seen it on sky news How much for 40,000 in the current climate ? | sparky333
13/10/2021 22:15 | Who are the 40,000 from ? CNG ? As I thought they had 50,009 | sparky333
13/10/2021 20:35 | Will Yu bid for 40,000 customer this week | 1me me
12/10/2021 19:51 | Webinar was probably worth a listen to those who don't understand the business model. Totally hedged business as could possibly be and not effected by price cap. The end question regarding acquisitions seem to have you more excited then me Sparky. If they are little then it will be with cash, but don't rule out a bigger player, thus funds from the market or shares I guess. I got the impression he answered the question with an answer he thought investors wanted to hear, albeit he was clear it had to be the right fit. I am happy to plod along for the time being as organic growth is doing absolutely fine. | cocker
12/10/2021 19:34 | Excellent webinar.Interesting points,YU are thrivingA lot of talk at the end on acquisitions and NDAs 100% a deal coming in the short to medium term | sparky333
12/10/2021 19:02 | hxxps://www.citizens | abarclay
12/10/2021 18:55 | Will open up tomorrow so don't worry about the closing trade. | pauliewonder
11/10/2021 14:32 | The way people are talking we are heading globally into the stones ages with no gas or electric, don't make me laugh.Things like this are cyclical every 10 years or so we get a big reset, the weak die and strong survive.Next is global interest rates on the up now that is going to hurt high in debt companies.Oh yeah we have none isn't that lucky. | sparky333
11/10/2021 12:42 | I understand and that is good YU has done all that I know that what scared me from not buying is the possibility of company providing the hedging ie smart energy how is their balance sheet no one knows what if they go bankrupt | go4growth1
11/10/2021 09:21 | Goforgrowth is another Deep Verge moron who is trying to wind you up Sparky. | cocker |
