Thanks Ngen,Out of interest are you concerned at the latest hand wringing that we are not on the CTDA approved list to sell PCR tests in UK? Most folks seem to be going into a frenzy and probably to some degree assisting our latest share price decline.Apparently you are not aware or certainly not concerned?

If what bakky says is true then this will go a lot lower. Seems he has strong case too. Doesn't help with the company staying mute either. Just making them look guilty, as they should respond to this to put it to bed.

Oh Twix, don't misunderstand. I wish we were 20p rather than 10p. And am baffled we are here in terms of share price Never imagined and not happy.BUT, the silver lining is that I believe the company fundamentals are as strong as they have ever been, and so a good adding opportunity.

Ok Ngen,I really don't know What would get you to be anything less than optimistic - ever. It seems no matter what or for how long, you only have one record on repeat. At least we know should we go sub 7p you'll be even more exstatic!! ;-)

No need to be an optimist Twix.We are below 10p for no reason other than I think someone selling (everyone has their reasons) and retail investors joining in.Company fundamentals solid as ever and we are going into the most exciting phase. So a clear buying opportunity for me.

What I would say is the market never grew the share price to reflect COVID revenues so will we see anymore softening

My main concern here is has the company over extended by its growth plans and aspirations. The top line revenue growth is impressive but is it at the expense of bottom line profitability. I think NIPT and Genomic core business including IP are worth more than current share price and still view as a hold. look forward to next corporate update as the market seems to need reassurance (as well as we PI's).

Is it Mustoe selling? He might be yet to come? Whoever it is doesn't see anything much happening in the short term at least.Others have even mentioned a placing as that puny £5m loan won't buy much. Will be used for running costs as they can't have too much cash left for their big expansion plans.

Rees is an absolute disaster for shareholders so far. Revenue of £37m and still hardly a bean of profit. He just likes to buy success at shareholders expense. Watch the big losses return when COVID income evaporates.

Someone is clearly selling and Nicky boy had 8.5m shares. You have to see what happened to share price when Rupert Llywood, Animatrix and Loxbridge disposed of their shares. LR's plan on diluting shareholder to fund growth, whilst awarding himself free shares through Options has been forewarned. I don't think LR gave himself the Options at 18p last year. That employee must feel rewarded eh. Nicky boy was last of the old guard involved in original Vialogy reverse takeover. Only one left of original gang is AR. With Nicky's sale one worries that there will be no quick sale or US bumper contract to spike the share price So likely another year ahead of putting this in the back pocket for long suffering shareholders. I mean, if LR was so close to delivering his 5-year plan to increasing shareholder value then why didn't Nicky boy just wait. One has to remember that the share price was 14p+ when LR took over but then the shares in circulation have quadrupled since then.

How much lower will this go? Can it really got into single figures? Doesn't look to be much stopping it with current sentiment.

Someone is selling, and someone is buying. At some point the appetite of one will out run the appetite of the other...I suspect that the NM exit has been a bit more long-winded than the RNS makes out. Nicky boy had 591,666 share options at 10p. So if they follow the script of other exits (e.g. Peter Collins, Dave Evans) then Nicky boy has exercised his Options already. Suspect these were exercised in the 17th June '21 RNS and/or 23 March '21 RNS. But if you think about it, you would never resign from a BoD where you had nearly 10m shares as you would want to be in the driving seat. At least Brexit taught everyone the harsh lesson of walking away from the decision table. So Nicky has and will sell further as not completely out.
Poor old Billy Chang must be shaking his Chief Entrepreneur's head wondering how the 76 million shares he got at 9p per share for Yourgene are back nearly to there original price after 6 years. I am sure some holders here would ask if he can shake it a bit more for more entrepreneurial ideas, well at least one. Or at least force LR's hand for a big pay day for holders.

Not so much the process of changing the seating more the futility of doing so - other than giving your friend a better seat.

Bit more significant that just changing the seating as NM was a key broker behind the scenes. Nicholas Mustoe is heavily involved with Adam R. on several other ventures aside from YGEN, as well as close personal friends part owning a few race horses, so I would be concerned if I was a holder elsewhere whether there was a rift. Here the major concern would be what Nick will do with his 8,561,869 shares (1.00% of equity share). When David Evans left Premaitha he sold his lot. So I suspect that may or has happenned here. Predictably LR has sacrificed his zealous shareholders for growth here. Suspect NM wouldn't be leaving if TO sale was imminent.

Will that be the total sum of director buying I wonder? Pitiful if it is.A good investment said the CEO. Not good enough to buy any yet though.Come on LR,buy a meaningful amount in your company.

trouble is revenue will go up but costs will still outpace it. Profitable ''in a few years time'' some say, and trying to expend too quickly.

Have to say it feels like important and significant progress has been made at YGEN during the last 2-3 months. Time for this to start translating into the financials.
