This has tanked to lowest closing price, and anyone who thinks this is a Yo-yo and will head to 2p shortly is clearly misguided.

One new plooop trend has started, and from experience you all know how this plooop trend goes, drip drip drip for many days.

It happens everyday, just because a share has tanked 35% in a day, does not mean it will not tank another 50% the next day.

Now it's only black or red. I expect a dead cat bounce but not at this price unfortunately. The dead cat could be 500-800% within 3-4 days of trading, but it take a while to happen

Shareholders do not have much say in D4E, and do not expect YELL to do anything. Their priority now is to save the business and their employees.

Spenny, you've been around for a long time on Yell. What's your opinion of the current situation - terminal for shareholders, or a chance of long-term recovery for the brave? Would genuinely be interested. I don't hold here at the minute BTW.

Nissan300 - same experience for me mate, i asked when EMP for Redditch would appear, no one knew (or cared), no rep called me back despite promise by YELL sales desk so i didnt bother. Its not rocket science YELL only need to publish the EMP roll out schedule timetable and many SME's would come on board..........but they cant (or dont want to do any positive marketing at moment).

Yell holders, I am sorry for your current situation. One of the reasons could be though that I am new start up business and am currently spending about £60 per month with Yell on a short term contract that finishes next month. I have had 2 x low value sales from this advertising ( £70 in total including Vat )and despite numerous attempts to contact the rep that sold the advertising, he can not be bothered to return my calls or texts.

This could be one of the reasons for the share price although the office based sales staff are far more interested but this rep has burned my bridges hence I will not use again.

I remember corus 3.5p then up to £1.20 before they done the 5 for 1 share consolidation before selling out. So many people sold sub 5p as it was all doom and gloom. The ones that held on are now sitting comfortable.

pbracken,

Free cash flow is after servicing debt, taxes, and capital expenditures. I believe the moonfruit acquisition fell in the quarter, and I guess there were some extra costs for developing the new products that are being trailed.

I think the Q1 free cash flow numbers have been skewed lower by these, and when they actually get the new products released and generating cash it should pick up.

There's a complete revamp of the online directories due for the autumn that should integrate it all into the new hibu emarketplace stuff. Hopefully that is still on track.

Copestake I think you might be right, the board are no mugs, they don't give a damn what the share price is, they have said its a 4 yr recovery. Stop looking every 5 mins. Tuck the shares away and look in two years time. Ok things might not work but that's the risk of share trading.

Am i right in thinking the lower the share price is, the cheaper they can buy back debt?
