25/7/2012 15:31 | bingowing, if the sites are not earning they are costing money to hold and deal with. The figures provided give the number that are paying. Held up pretty well so far but the last 30 mins might well see it tumble below the 1p mark I guess. | clocktower
25/7/2012 15:30 | comedy - you don't seem to have any grasp on what's going on here, Yell is not valued at £20m... there will be a debt for equity where debt holders convert say 75% of debt £1.5bn into equity. The share will have a market cap of £1.52bn - does that still seem cheap to you? That's IF they can get agreement for cancellation of 25% of debt. | dusseldorf
25/7/2012 15:29 | I hear through the grapevine that a bedsit near LIDL has become vacant and available this afternoon. Nice garden though, apparently. | spennysimmo
25/7/2012 15:22 | the shareholders are legally entitled to basically nothing, they don't form part of d4e consideration. So basically any long now is gambling on being left with more than £27m stake. Why should shareholders get £27m? If I were a debt holder that would reduce my equity by 2-5%. I say 0.5p is where it's heading, or suspension if financials continue to deteriorate. | dusseldorf
25/7/2012 15:21 | make that 5,125,274 sites. | bingowing
25/7/2012 15:13 | Group revenue of GBP331m...x4 =£1.324 bill if we continue at this rate...and only worth 20 odd mill????please give me strength expect moonfruit to hep and the fact that it is now 5,125,258 sites and counting still going up:) | comedy

25/7/2012 13:35 | Bingo you know the score, mate. Do not make the same mistake as GMG, I got out in the spike before administation. 25/7/2012 13:31 | 'Ninja 19 25 Jul'12 - 13:06 - 73707 of 73711 Comedian My morning post said not today, but next quarter. Enough time for MM to orchestrate a P&D of 300%-400%' *gets comfy at the trading station* | bingowing
25/7/2012 13:24 | cheers ninja so a nice 200% from here conservatively:) | comedy
25/7/2012 13:16 | Interesting to know what institutions are building up or decreasing their holdings at the moment. Management cannot restructure the capital structure without shareholder approval. At this mkt cap some of the debt holders may be buying the equity. | freddie ferret
25/7/2012 13:08 | wot a DOG tis one is.....YELL or YELP....woof woof 0.8p sooonnnn | rocketblast
25/7/2012 13:07 | Ninja19. Depends how the company chooses to do it. Read the annual report, last year the company bought back a large chunk of debt at a discount price. While the market thinks this is going under other Yell debt holders will be happy to get some of their money back. As stated in the report today the company is cash generative. | freddie ferret

25/7/2012 12:59 | Freddie dilution here will be 99% from the current price, that's a D4E and bondholders takes everything | ninja 19
25/7/2012 12:57 | Oh ok, but he is doing nothing other than stating the obvious?!! Still irrelevant to whether the company is or isn't undervalued at the moment! | wsgrocksit |
