25/7/2012 15:59 | what i am trying to say is if their is massive dilution but a massive rerating in value of debt free business does that not potentially leave shareholders in similar position? | warwick69
25/7/2012 15:59 | let's see how many of those who bought today want to be holding overnight (i.e. will it stay above 1p) | dusseldorf
25/7/2012 15:58 | if their is a debt for equity at 1p and they swap 1.5 billion (after haircut)debt that will be 150 billion new shares so i guess they would have to do a 10 or 100 for 1 consolidation as well leaves existing shareholders with 1.5% of company... i.e same worth as curently if new company rerates by 1.5 billion due to no debt? however would need some pretty good profits to be valued at 1.5 billion? does anyone have any idea what profits would be if no debt? sounds as though if shareholders not completly wiped out in D4E there may well be same value post restructure for existing shareholders comments !!! | warwick69
