17/6/2022 15:23 | There have been lots of buys all week. Share price movement was just MM games. I suspect that they are running out of shares and finally realised that no one wanted to sell at those levels so are now being forced to push price back up and generate sells via profit rather than fear. | steve4077
17/6/2022 14:43 | I'm confused.com. What is going on with this share today? ii showing +.225p and adv +.125. Suddenly lots of buys. Is it finally the possibility of a decent RNS next week? | denjon
17/6/2022 14:17 | Welcome to AIM :) XTR could justify its current share price on Manica alone. Bushranger is a huge discovery will generate considerable additional value over the next few months. You need to research the assets until you are comfortable with the long-term prospects and then have patience. Despite the MM manipulations to generate activity, the value will arrive eventually. Just don't get shaken off before than happens. | steve4077
17/6/2022 12:53 | I expect most people buy a share hoping it will increase in value so they can sell at a profit. Anyone buying since October 2021 is now showing a loss. The share price here seems to be controlled by something other than buys or sells. Not good really as a holder is hostage to something other than supply and demand. | mtw
17/6/2022 12:03 | Only if you sell at the current price - otherwise it is just paper movement. After I posted there were 3 buys for 562k. We now have 650k volume, of which 600k is buys and yet the official spread is down. | steve4077
17/6/2022 11:59 | Unfortunately it is the share price which determines what share holdings are valued at. | mtw
17/6/2022 11:56 | SP is just MMs playing games. Volume today is less than 100k shares, of which 55k is sells. Or 1 share in every 15,000. Volume yesterday was 500k. The day before, it was 1.9m, of which only 450k was sells and the rest buys. The share price changes are MMs trying to create trades, not a reflection of either volume or sentiment. I recommend getting level 2 so you can see what is happening beyond simple % changes. | steve4077
17/6/2022 11:38 | SP needs supporting here. | mtw
16/6/2022 20:30 | I like this bit. to facilitate the sale to AA for which he and his team will receive 1% of the sale value. Good luck to them and of course people like us. | arcadian
16/6/2022 16:16 | A NED is usually appointed to bring in expertise from outside of the company. Might I be right in thinking he became a NED prior to being employed by Xtract Resources? So he is still a part of Xtract Resources, so the company has access to his expertise and knowledge. No need to be a NED. And so the company brought in another outsider as a NED who brings additional expertise and skillset. mtw I think you are overthinking this. | zero matrix
16/6/2022 15:52 | Thanks for replies. It just seems odd to me that heading up such an important project for xtr he would step down from the board. He could have stayed on the board but stepping down is a very active decision hence my reason for asking. | mtw
16/6/2022 15:44 | mtw - I looked into this at the time. Jeremy Reid was initially appointed to look after the interests of the old Prospectore shareholders given his links. I do not think that there was any more detail at the time of resignation but clearly the rationale disappeared after the deal was complete and the old shareholders either liquidated or integrated with XTR. | the diddymen
16/6/2022 15:11 | twinkle3. Why would Jeremy Reid step down from the board. Mr Reid effectively is running the Bushranger operation so what would cause that step down ? Conflict of interest ? Remaining on the board would mean he has to put the shareholders interests first so did he step down as there was some conflict of interst ? Something doesn't seem quite right with what is happening regarding bushranger. The market always knows first and the steady decline in the share price is worrying. | mtw
16/6/2022 13:08 | Which one and when? | the count of monte_cristo
16/6/2022 10:39 | It does look as if the shareholders have been let down badly by the board of directors here. Does anyone know why one of the Bushranger directors resigned their post on the board ? | mtw
16/6/2022 07:21 | Things not looking good here. Current support looks to have broken :( | jeanesy
15/6/2022 17:23 | Dilution on it's way then....oh dear!! | boredrume
15/6/2022 16:49 | How to trash what reputation you have left 101. Dilute your shareholders and give the cash to gem stone miners and let them walk off with it (perhaps they thought the gems would be in the ground with gold chains attached). Dilute again and "acquire" a dodgy mining interest in an African country beginning with Z. Promise the shareholders quick revenue but don't deliver on that. In fact don't mention the deal again. Dilute again and buy a uneconomic resource in Australia. Drill that resource again and do lots of interviews telling the world how big it all is. In fact why not dilute again after saying you wont dilute and drill it again. When you remember that you told the shareholders how big it all was and the time to sell as promised has arrived, simply tell the shareholders that the mining world doesn't work like that (even though you told them yes it does). Probably don't mention the sale agreement again and leave the shareholders doubting about how big really big is. Tell them that you think there might be something big next door too but it will take more drilling to see. Hopefully those pesky shareholders will have forgotten about the first bit of really big by the time the money runs out (again). | asitis |
