You need to pay a higher commission then, don't you, and wait for ages to get hold of them, as is my experience with calling brokers.

The general market conditions took this one down yesterday, a lot of the aim explorers have seen indiscriminate selling. Creates excellent buying opportunities, but only in hindsight:)

Count - it doesn't appear so. although as we have seen these large off-book trades can be reported the following day also.

Whatever went on yesterday morning was not spooked sellewrs moving the price. The price was set low by market makers moving their buy prices at some point between 8 and 9.

Interestingly, someone just bought 285,000 (from the market maker Peel Hunt) and that was taken their offer off the book and they have posted a higher bid price. The effect ... the spread has just moved up.

My quote was a SETS quote direct from a market maker. If I called my broker to place that trade there is a good chance I would get a slightly better price.

Anyone who simply relies on placing online orders is missing a trick. for anything beyond pocket money trades, but still within the range of general PI affordability, it pays to call your broker for the 'best' price. Almost all online brokers provide this facility I believe.

MrMcnee, and broken_arrow ... you must not be using a very good online platform. I was offered 250,000, at 5.45 just now.

Bear in mind that the spread reported by ADVFN is rounded to the first decimal place, so a real offer of 5.45 is represented as 5.4 on ADVFN.

ADFN is many things, but 'pro' is no one of them.

Goforgold1 has a very good feel for current market trends in the shares her follows. I would listen carefully to what he says rather than diss him. My biggest locked in gain this year, BEN, I owe to his initial ramping around 15p, so I know first hand of his timing skills, even if he doesn't have the fundamental knowledge of others.

Great news for shareholders, Manica due to commence gold production within weeks, if I recall Colin Bird said Manica would deliver $500,000 revenue a month to XTR once in production.

The share price for a small mining cap on AIM means nothing. Surely you know that Asitis ? No professional will be dealing so as to establish a true value. which is set by small players with their own limited judgement and short term requirements. While some of your observations have merit, that you can come out with that one shows your limited experience. Best to keep quiet.

Look at the chart I posted yesterday, Asitis. The long term trend (as shown by the 200 day EMA) is still up. Granted the chart doesn't imply that XTR will multi-bag anytime soon and the uptrend is not steeply upwards, but the chart is not bearish. If it does turn bearish (IMO) I'd be out of XTR quicker than you could say Jack Robinson! 😁

Plus they will need more money millions of warrants At 1.25p to go as well This has got a long long way to go to get over 6p again . Mms trapping people in today as well
