Steve4077. You know XTR only paid around £1m for Bushranger and that was with a JORC ! That should tell you something about what its worth! The 5p valuation by Mr Bird's recommended lse poster seems a little high considering the assays too. There are better grades for the Majors to spend their money on than bushranger tbh. The share price is telling us that !

I like to think that initial buy out discussions are under way, hence the radio silence.

Hmm I wonder how Jose Maria sold for $500m in December with a 0.1% cut-off then? Its also at 13,000 ft in Argentina in a seismically active area seven hours from the nearest town. Bushranger is 150km from Sydney close to existing infrastructure. Also, its strange how Pops1980 (currently Asitis) only every pops out from under his rock when the share price is on a dip, but we never hear a peep when its going up. His aim in life seems to be to attack Colin Bird with whatever nonsense he can dream up. A sad, bitter and pitiful character indeed.

Exactly. The desperate proclamations that Bushranger could be sold with a 0.15% cutoff is uneconomic clutching at straws with the copper price falling back from frothy levels.

The resource at Bushranger (which had a JORC btw) was purchased by XTR for around £1m. The echo chamber of pie in the sky merchants try to convince themselves that having had holes prodded into the known resource somehow is now worth gazillions (even though the JORC has not been increased by 1oz). The cost of prodding those holes ate up the cash as quick as Bird could raise it and it looks as if the it will be a rinse and repeat. Its a funny place the AIM where it has a knack of parting those pie in the sky posters from their cash.

Colin is a seasoned warrior, old enough and familiar enough with this field to be able to weigh matters and do a deal. We should stop fretting and leave it to him.

Tanking share price is trying to value the Bushranger offering. Where XTR is concerned any remotely good news is shouted from Zak Mir's rooftop. The silence is not good. Back into the 5's now. What was the figure given by Bird's favorite poster along with his cash call prediction ?

I'm thinking at the stage we are at, no news could be very good news. The risk of finding nothing commercial has passed, the risk of finding enough to persuade AA to exercise their option is quite possibly being discussed now. We would not hear anything about this delicate moment and would just see tge "moneybagging" RNS hit the screen

All one strangely quiet here . Drilling newsflow seems to have stopped . Can't remember there being a period of no news like this for a long time. I wonder why ?

How much rock do you think is in Bushranger to get that 2m tons from then ? You do know that the less percentage Cu means more ore rock is needed right ? You also know that the LSE board is an echo chamber of about half a dozen posters clutching at straws, right ? Talk of reducing the cutoff to 0.15% means half of New South Wales would have to be dug up ! Of course the grades matter ! They matter a lot since that is what will determine if Bushranger is economic or not. The share price tells me that they have fallen short of an economic 2m tons hence the plan B to somehow find the cash to drill Ascot in the hope of salvaging something.

Whoosh. 1/2 a billion tons of rock at greater than 0.44% Cu ? The assays have not been returning that.

Oh dear. It HAS been spun out to shareholders that more than 70 mt is needed. So please go on talking to yourself.

I wonder how it will be spun out to shareholders that XTR need > 0.44% Cu over approx 1/2 billion tons to meet AA's greater than 2 million Tons Cu requirement to make Bushranger saleable ? The only JORC is 70 million Tons for 0.3 million Tons Cu. That is well short of what is needed. Oh dear.
