PJ will crash this, easy peasy AIM manipulation, buy for nowt on the the penny and do a reverse buyout of xps and rename the new company Jessops PLC with the current board in collusion. May even go private and do some magic accounting and come back in a few years and float at a vastly inflated price. Jessops online/shops brand for UK retail and Expansys brand kept for international online retail

He has to multiply the turnover many many times to make the smallest scratch on online peers like Amazon

Would I buy from Expansys or Amazon? Amazon any day

I really doubt PJ media will be doing work for Jessops online for free! It still has to answer to the other shareholders who own circa 60% of Expansys! Also Jessops had £80m in online sales at the time of administration and its problems were not sales but rather the high costs of the leases it had in the high street so not sure you have many of your facts correct!

I think PJ Media will set up Jessops web site for free to help the infamous retailer cut costs. And, lets be honest, Jessops went bankrupt because of poor revenues and I am doubtful it will help XPS. Would be happy if it did, but it wont. Good luck dreaming;)

So who do you think would have been contracted to set up and manage the Jessops online business? Considering Jessops is owned by Peter Jones and he owns 40% of expansys and expansys already had on an online trading platform and who also own PJ Media who's expertise is is in this area! Obvious cross selling oportunities exist between Jessops online using the Expansys online trading platform and PJ media while maybe also allowing Expansys to sell as a concession business though the new retail units that Jessops is opening! So although as you stated they are separate businesses they both basically have the same owner in Peter Jones who's interests will be allinged in seeing both succeed. Never mind the fact they are both based out of the same HQ building and can share the costs of the online platform and possible bricks and mortar retail outlets!

I know PJ owns Jessops but sales of Jessops don't come to XPS revenues. XPS has its own stocking of cameras. If Jessops does well, good for them and PJ, not XPS.

Are you for real!?

Peter Jones now owns Jessops which has relaunched online and is reopening some stores and he also owns 40% of Expansys which is now also selling cameras! So Jessops has got a lot to with XPS!

Looks like Expansys is selling Jessops products? Will Jessops stores be selling other expansys electronic products also? I see the Expansys website has cameras and lenses for sale also

Wonder if an official RNS will come from Expansys? Have they been contracted to run the online business of Jessops?
