20/6/2019 16:16 | i agree with you i see a company chart that is in a sideways channel of 55p-40p that is overbought on the rsi if it breaks out all good and well if it retraces i'll buy some more when i think its oversold i'm not bearish just think it was time to take some profit | jon123
20/6/2019 16:11 | If you think about it there are no other cross-border logistics companies listed on the UK market . The large European players wont touch anything under 100m+ T/O. XPD are in a great position to consolidate a very large ,fragmented industry full of small (market 10m+ T/O) businesses who have to adapt to the in-coming new online logistics landscape . Many do not have the wherewithal or resources to cope with this quite fundamental change that will leave many like dinosaurs . XPD have been investing heavily in systems & management to be in a prime position to succeed with organic growth & acquisition. Often XPD are the first port of call for many incumbents wishing to exit . Building a successful group of skills in the fast -growing CEE is becoming a very attractive prospect . Luckily ,the founders are ambitious (but also prudent) and want to treble the size of the business . If they can do this by acquiring on 7x and trade on 12+ then its v.accretive ...and still making an ROE of 15% +. At the AGM we met several of the owners who have sold out to XPD and have started on to run their divisions all of whom spoke of their exciting prospects . I see an under-priced company with good prospects both organic and acquired that is 40% cheaper than Clipper. | buffetteer
20/6/2019 16:02 | no one knows where there going i sold a part of my holding to take a profit if they go to 100 great i still have a stake in the company but if the go back to 40 i'll buy more its called trading | jon123
20/6/2019 15:49 | I have 50000 of these at 40p. I’ll never sell. This will be 300 in the next 3-5 years | limay
20/6/2019 15:06 | Why sell when they’re on the way to 100 ? They had a placing at 70p & since then the earnings have increased and there are accretive acquisitions to come & likely to use the new debt facility which will increase earnings forecasts upwards yet again I’m in at 29p & will await the re-.rating that is due . | buffetteer
