XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 11 June 2018, Yehuda Dahan, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of USD 0.000001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 118.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Dahan now has a total beneficial interest in 106,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
