They had 2.5M cash at the start of this month and now they've just raised 6M.
Isn't that more than the Mkt Cap is worth?

What am I missing here?

CEO sackable offence - when they have excellent products that many company's are interested in...this means the problem is at the top!

>>>CV, I have been inside for about 2 weeks, during that time the tentative placing price has always been 5p, but the terms of the warrants has changed a couple of times.

Their is an open offer too which will allow shareholders to participants on the same terms as investors buying in the placing.

Must be very soon. Been running on an empty tank for some time. Perhaps yesterdays RNS was suppose to kickstart the share price. Not in this market I'm afraid.

Last roll of the dice today. I suspect they will fund raise if they finalise terms (next 6 months lol), or a strategic investment by the un-named European manufacturer. Only invest if you can lose 100% but there is a path through the carnage here which I wasn't convinced existed before.

The salaries the directors take represent the lion's share of burn. They should of course be in jail.Sell any you have, avoid fund raise as you would bubonic plague

22/06/22 FY results - Cash (31/05/22) GBP4.3m burning £0.5m per month

Whilst it is difficult to predict with certainty the timeframe to cash breakeven due to the nature of our business model whereby our revenue is effectively entirely in the hands of third parties, we estimate that with existing and targeted contracts, Xeros will achieve EBITDA profitability and cash breakeven in 2024.

05/03/21 £9M raise at 240p

The current plans with the Company's licensees and partners mean the directors expect the Company can deliver a cash breakeven position for Xeros by the end of 2022.

09/11/20 share consolidation 100:1

24/04/20 £6m raise at 0.5p

Fundraising proceeds will provide funding for the Company's current portfolio of contracts and development agreements with EBITDA cash break-even expected Q2 2022

31/10/19 £7m raise at 1p

The Directors believe the Group will be generating sufficient cashflows to be break-even by the end of 2021.

This was my view two month back.It remains my view ,.Another placing incoming... LOLOLOLOLThese Directors are criminals IMOThey know and have known for years that the whole business model is a a concocted "Box of Frogs"My advice is dump all of it if you are unfortunately still a shareholder, and definitely don't take up any placing/open offer
