They need to start to spend some of that 6m on marketing. I showed my missus the videos and she was shocked how bad and old they were. #metoo

I did try on a number of occasions to help PI......This was my view two month back.It remains my view ,.Another placing incoming... LOLOLOLOLThese Directors are criminals IMOThey know and have known for years that the whole business model is a a concocted "Box of Frogs"My advice is dump all of it if you are unfortunately still a shareholder, and definitely don't take up any placing/open offer

Thanks timbo003, I re-read the announcement and the record date was 29th Sept. So it was really only for new institutions and existing shareholders.I agree if I had called my broker....

I do not think you will qualify for warrants if you bought in the market on Friday afternoon, but if you spoke to your broker and you asked them to acquire the shares in the accelerated book build (which took place immmediately after the announcement at 12:51) then those shares would come with the warrants.

Assuming you acquired your shares on Friday in the open market, then these shares should qualify you for to participate in the open offer, should you then apply for your entitlement (and any excess shares) in the open offer then these shares will then come with the warrants.

You can set up an account with one or more private client brokers and it will cost you absolutely nothing, however the dealing charges will be more than the dealing charges using a standard account with one of the cheap and cheerful online brokers.

I agree cyber and have also been watching from the sidelines. They raised 6m and are burning 500k / month. This gives them a cash runway until Jan 2024 (with their existing cash)I took a very small position on Friday, my view was that there is only upside from here, and news may perk up the share price but there are much better investible companies out there.Within 6 months they should :- Launch XOrb to the domestic machines in India with IFB- Contract news on Denim finishing - XOrb- Commercial agreement with a large Asian domestic washing machine OEM XFilter- Commercial agreement with a large European component supplier XFilter (27/09/22)- Legislation in UK, EU and US to support microfibre filtration

It's a shame here, I keep a little eye on it because it seems like they have good tech that meets a clear environmental need. Unfortunately they seem to merrily burn cash like The KLF, and have now joined the sad 99% club (ie share price down 99% in 3 years). Good luck to holders but IMO it's a poor-odds gamble now whether they make it to profitability before delisting, or selling up to a bigger fish who has more resources to exploit the tech properly. No advice intended.

From Paul Scott on StockoMy opinion - we've never thought much of XSG here at the SCVR, although there was a spike up on some interesting contract news which briefly excited me, although I managed to quickly dispel the excitement by looking at the balance sheet and cash burn again. The story is that XSG reckons it might be able to reach breakeven in 2024. Good luck to them, but it's not something I would want to punt on, given the track record of 8 years of failure as a listed company. This looks very much the last spin of the wheel.

I couldn't find the new total amount of shares in issue after this latest raise.
What is the Mkt Cap now then?

They had 2.5M cash at the start of this month and now they've just raised 6M.
Isn't that more than the Mkt Cap is worth?

What am I missing here?

>>>CV, I have been inside for about 2 weeks, during that time the tentative placing price has always been 5p, but the terms of the warrants has changed a couple of times.
