Probably trying to drum up some interest for the fundraising. Still a massive avoid. As at 28(th) February the Group's cash balance was GBP6.2m. These funds are sufficient to fund the delivery of major growth milestones through the remainder of 2022 and into the first quarter of 2023. The Board is actively evaluating several funding options to secure the remaining investment required.

Todays RNS maybe the start of recovery of the share price ..14 June 2022Xeros Technology Group plc('Xeros' or the 'Company' or the 'Group')DOMESTIC XFILTER INDEPENDENT TEST VALIDATIONXeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, is today providing an update on results from independent testing of their domestic washing machine filtration technology, XFilter.Hohenstein, based in Bonnigheim Germany, a highly respected testing institute for the textile industry, has accredited Xeros' filtration device, XFilter, with the highest level of performance, capturing over 99% of microplastics. These tests were carried out on behalf of a leading Asian domestic washing machine OEM as part of the test and trial agreement signed with Xeros in July 2021.The test analysed the retention rate of microplastics using an XFilter device integrated into a washing machine provided by our OEM partner. These independently conducted tests consistently showed performance levels of over 99% capture rate, thereby confirming XFilter as the leading commercially available microplastic filtration device. A detailed summary of the test results will be made available on our website. These test results, combined with the recently announced licencing agreement with Hanning, a leading component supplier to the global washing machine industry, provide further evidence of the potential demand for XFilter. Xeros expects to move to commercial licensing discussions with our Asian OEM partner in the coming months and will provide further updates when appropriate.

Looks like things may be moving at long last. There may be hope for this bombed out share price.8 June 2022Xeros Technology Group plc('Xeros' or the 'Company' or the 'Group')IFB Domestic Machine Launch UpdateXeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the licensor of proprietary solutions improving the sustainability and economics of the world's clothing and fabrics, today provides an update on the forthcoming domestic market launch in India, by IFB Industries Limited ('IFB') of the world's first Xeros enabled domestic washing machine.Since the end of regional Covid restrictions in India in late Q1, Xeros and IFB teams in Sheffield and Goa have been finalising machine designs and programming bespoke XOrb wash cycles, which improve performance with less water and energy. With these tasks complete, following an initial limited manufacturing run, IFB will soon be moving a number of machines into consumer homes for user testing and launch planning at the end of June 2022. From mid-June 2022 a Xeros team will be in Goa to assist with the initiation of these trials ahead of the full market launch of two sizes of IFB washing machine which is now planned for Q4 2022. This represents a slight delay from the previous guidance of a Q3 launch.

This was my view a month back.It remains my view..Another placing incoming... LOLOLOLOLThese Directors are criminals IMOThey know and have known for years that the whole business model is a a concocted "Box of Frogs"My advice is dump all of it if you are unfortunately still a shareholder, and definitely don't take up any placing/open offer to refinance the business. You won't be giving the business yet more time to succeed.....you will just be fuelling more years of obscene board member salary drawings. They are complete fraudsters IMO, and should be in jail.

Any company where the Directors take more out in renumeration than they generate in revenue is a massive avoid. Even at £12 m mcap this is massively overvalued. Just wish I'd seen this a lot earlier so I could have shorted it all the way down :-(

The only practical filter for microplastics uses reverse osmosis, these are fairly common and work well where high pressure is not needed (outlet of a washing machine).

Filter membranes are reasonable and widely available, the main downside with RO system is the bypass of water which ends up as waste, if you could divert this into storage tanks for cisterns or use in the rinse cycle it might make commercial sense.

The danger is you get pulled in believing major investors must have a better understanding, that said still a puzzle why someone would leave a fund for a board appointment.

"Klaas joined Xeros as Chairman in January 2020. In June 2021 he left Entrepreneurs Fund"

His involvement certainly piqued my interest but the filter product looked very basic with no real advantage, that's where my interest stopped.

The only thing that's kept me invested here are the large shareholders however its by far the worst share in my portfolio.I can't work out where all the moneys going and why.If it was not for the large shareholders I would consider it a scam.

Don't think there is any doubt on the dangers of micro plastics and the need to find a solution, what is in question however is the efficacy XSG technology in doing so.

There's an understandable tendency for investors (big and small) to reply on glossy brochure's and power point presentations rather than make an informed decision on what they see.

With that in mind, could someone point out what makes the washing machine filter special and different from a host f other centrifugal filters which have been around for decades?

Can we actually see it in action rather than wheeling out the same Uni report over and over again (which we cant see in it's entirety without paying a hefty sum}.

If they are going to make a go of it now is the time, very favourable backdrop given our current predicament.

A global model by Leeds University has found 1.3 billion tonnes of plastic is destined for the environment – both on land and in the ocean – by 2040.We're slowly poisoning ourselves around the world. Fish consumption was a link
