XEROS (XSG): CORP On track for FY23E EBITDA and cash; consulting on warrants Xeros has published a trading update confirming FY23E adj. EBITDA and year-end cash are expected to meet our forecasts of -£4.7m and £1.6m respectively. The revenue outturn is partly dependent on the timing of an XOrb shipment delivery to a licence partner. In the event this shipment is delivered in FY23E, we would expect a modest beat at the adj. EBITDA level. Xeros has also announced it is exploring the possibility of amending the terms of warrants, which could further bolster its cash position. We make no changes to our forecasts at this stage and continue to expect month-on-month adj. EBITDA and cash breakeven towards the end of FY24E. We reiterate our 18p/share target price.

Xeros Technology Group plc

('Xeros' or the 'Company' or the 'Group')

Third Global Domestic XFilter Licensing Agreement

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, today announces the signing of a third licensing agreement for its XFilter filtration technology with another global component manufacturer, ('the Partner' or 'Manufacturer').

Following the announcements of signed agreements with Hanning in June 2022, and a second supplier announced earlier this month, this third agreement further increases Xeros' market access, with the potential to deliver substantial revenues over the term of the license. Under the terms of the 10-year, non-exclusive agreement, the Partner is licensed to manufacture and sell filters incorporating Xeros' proprietary XFilter technology on a global basis. As with the first two agreements Xeros will receive a royalty per filter device sold by the Partner.

The Manufacturer, headquartered in Northern Europe with production facilities across the US, Asia, and Europe, is a significant supplier of home appliance components alongside waste management solutions with annual turnover of c.€180m. The Partner supplies components for the world's largest domestic washing machine manufacturers, with a high proportion of its customers, including Haier, Midea, LG, Panasonic, Samsung and Whirlpool, operating across the US and Asia markets.

The XFilter filtration technology enables washing machine manufacturers to provide consumers with the ability to capture, and easily and safely dispose of, over 90% of microfibres, including microplastics released during laundry cycles. The filters are built into the washing machine and are designed to last the life of a machine.

Legislation in France requiring the fitting of microfibre filters in all domestic washing machines will come into effect on 1 January 2025. Similar legislation is in development in the UK, California, and the EU.

Neil Austin, Chief Executive Officer of Xeros, said:

"We are very pleased to announce another licensing agreement in such quick succession.

"The fact that three of Europe's leading component suppliers have chosen to partner with Xeros clearly demonstrates that Xeros' XFilter technology is widely regarded and believed in by multiple manufacturers."

"We look forward to updating the market in due course and to working alongside our new partners."

From Paul Scott on StockoMy opinion - we've never thought much of XSG here at the SCVR, although there was a spike up on some interesting contract news which briefly excited me, although I managed to quickly dispel the excitement by looking at the balance sheet and cash burn again. The story is that XSG reckons it might be able to reach breakeven in 2024. Good luck to them, but it's not something I would want to punt on, given the track record of 8 years of failure as a listed company. This looks very much the last spin of the wheel.

Todays RNS maybe the start of recovery of the share price ..14 June 2022Xeros Technology Group plc('Xeros' or the 'Company' or the 'Group')DOMESTIC XFILTER INDEPENDENT TEST VALIDATIONXeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, is today providing an update on results from independent testing of their domestic washing machine filtration technology, XFilter.Hohenstein, based in Bonnigheim Germany, a highly respected testing institute for the textile industry, has accredited Xeros' filtration device, XFilter, with the highest level of performance, capturing over 99% of microplastics. These tests were carried out on behalf of a leading Asian domestic washing machine OEM as part of the test and trial agreement signed with Xeros in July 2021.The test analysed the retention rate of microplastics using an XFilter device integrated into a washing machine provided by our OEM partner. These independently conducted tests consistently showed performance levels of over 99% capture rate, thereby confirming XFilter as the leading commercially available microplastic filtration device. A detailed summary of the test results will be made available on our website. These test results, combined with the recently announced licencing agreement with Hanning, a leading component supplier to the global washing machine industry, provide further evidence of the potential demand for XFilter. Xeros expects to move to commercial licensing discussions with our Asian OEM partner in the coming months and will provide further updates when appropriate.

Looks like things may be moving at long last. There may be hope for this bombed out share price.8 June 2022Xeros Technology Group plc('Xeros' or the 'Company' or the 'Group')IFB Domestic Machine Launch UpdateXeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the licensor of proprietary solutions improving the sustainability and economics of the world's clothing and fabrics, today provides an update on the forthcoming domestic market launch in India, by IFB Industries Limited ('IFB') of the world's first Xeros enabled domestic washing machine.Since the end of regional Covid restrictions in India in late Q1, Xeros and IFB teams in Sheffield and Goa have been finalising machine designs and programming bespoke XOrb wash cycles, which improve performance with less water and energy. With these tasks complete, following an initial limited manufacturing run, IFB will soon be moving a number of machines into consumer homes for user testing and launch planning at the end of June 2022. From mid-June 2022 a Xeros team will be in Goa to assist with the initiation of these trials ahead of the full market launch of two sizes of IFB washing machine which is now planned for Q4 2022. This represents a slight delay from the previous guidance of a Q3 launch.

Don't think there is any doubt on the dangers of micro plastics and the need to find a solution, what is in question however is the efficacy XSG technology in doing so.

There's an understandable tendency for investors (big and small) to reply on glossy brochure's and power point presentations rather than make an informed decision on what they see.

With that in mind, could someone point out what makes the washing machine filter special and different from a host f other centrifugal filters which have been around for decades?

Can we actually see it in action rather than wheeling out the same Uni report over and over again (which we cant see in it's entirety without paying a hefty sum}.

If they are going to make a go of it now is the time, very favourable backdrop given our current predicament.
