hazl, it's interesting to see if Bulkowski's system is reliable. He claims at least 60% accuracy for the trend change at triangle apex.

Further to 269, this is the updated chart of the ascending triangle. The price has closed above 186.5. We are now confirmed for the 210/11 target, tomorrow or Wednesday!
Possible trendchange alert for 18th feb, if you are trading. cheers,


60min/fibs indicate target only. edit, looking again, I have been too hasty and should have redrawn the lower line. This extends the potential trendchange to the end of day of the 18th/beginning of 19th. Like this, orange line = new conclusion 4.20pm approx.

(OT - sorry everyone) I looked at SEE a while back and like the product very much. However, I don't want too many "jam tomorrow" stocks in my portfolio, so I just have this and TUNG as my riskier stocks.

GOOD agree its a high growth story,in my opinion.
Like the look of SEE as well and got a few this morning.Not completely keen on surveillance stuff usually but this has a good angle.
It makes sure drivers don't nod off at the wheel amongst a range of things and perhaps could save lives.

I am a firm believer in this story and remain invested. Just waiting for news, like us all, on the first major deal. Then I believe this will fly.

The American south-west and central plains could be on course for super-droughts the like of which they have not witnessed in over a 1,000 years.

Places like California are already facing very dry conditions, but these are quite gentle compared with some periods in the 12th and 13th Centuries.

Scientists have now compared these earlier droughts with climate simulations for the coming decades.

The study suggests events unprecedented in the last millennium may lie ahead.

Cheers hazl, I wish I had more experience with charts so that I could present my findings with a little more conviction. You are right though it can sometimes be disturbingly accurate.

It's really all down to Bulkowski's backtesting of results.

Thanks for the the info on the fundamentals, like you I have little doubt about the tech.

Bamboo looked at your post 260 again and with the accuracy displayed there .....and the macro approach combined with the fundamentals, that hopefully the rest of us provide....I think it makes for a very good combination!
