The writing has been on the wall (end of RNS's) for well over 12 months. I doubt many PI's still held significant holdings given it's end was very well flagged.

I hope most shareholders managed to get out before today with some of their capital intact. I took a look at WTI earlier in the year and didn't think it was much longer for this world, especially when the water ingress was revealed.

Full credit to Augustus for his warnings - I hope some took heed. I remember him from the JLP board although he doesn't seem to post there any more.

Just spotted the news and this share. I read the last 100 or so posts.

Well done Augustus, you did your best to warn PIs about the obvious impending doom. I note your comments about experience of lying companies. I'm quite vocal about that when I find them, so good to see someone else that puts the hours in to uncover the deceit on the AIM.

No pleasure in PIs losing cash, its obviously over here with any holdings now worthless.

mreasygoing It seems perfectly reasonable to me. Yeah it was squeaky bum time this morning and I was annoyed I coudnt buy when I wanted but the news did not sit well. The POC is recovering as is WTI share price There have been some major purchases around but tbh they have bought in at 0.2!!!

For me Mally The price of Zinc at $3100 makes Berg Aukas an absolute steal and I wouldn't be surprised to see an announcement re a ring fenced operation which Orion are relaxed about and that would mean serious money for Weatherly. The POC is rising again now that the China/USA Trade war seems to have eased off. Personally i am expecting the POC to be closer to $8000 than $7000 later this year ie 3.6$/lb Currently 3.13$ Only a 20% rise and it exceeded that last year. From memory last years rise was around 25% So if it cost Weatherly $5M to sort the water issue Tschudi would still be economical never mind Central ops!!!! Interesting times at Weatherly and todays share price fall was not as bad as I was anticipating!!!

Well value is under £1.5M now.

The only piece of decent news was

Work has been ongoing for the last six months to upgrade the infrastructure for managing water once it is pumped outside the pit, and this work is expected to be complete in the next few weeks.
