10/9/2010 07:54 | What's going on, not even a trade yet? A stand-off perhaps? | ![]() bethany3
09/9/2010 07:44 | Yep had a few go bust in the last year tara LTS was my worst lost 12k but its all in the game some you win and some you lose . Happy to buy a few here as the directors interests are aligned with shareholders with the following holdings Notifier Holding Value* Paul A Treadaway 10,651,686 £218,360 Dominic Wainford 10,117,520 £207,409 James Butterfield 161,673 £3,314 Michael O'Donnell 100,000 £2,050 Brian Nathan 94,364 £1,934 | ![]() wskill
09/9/2010 07:28 | Wins, [who had the big line of stock] ups the bid.!! | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 18:09 | Thats fine i wish you the best, and this lot could go bust, my point is buying 10 or so of these without worry has proved a smart thing for me to do. Far fewer go bust than you might think, main reason being the directors to not want to see all their work go down the pan.!! | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 17:48 | Philjeans, take a look at OPF where the large holder dumped stock at 7p[down from a quid, only to see it shoot up within months. Or Northacre who saw its only big shareholder [16%] sell just a week prior to it going up 3 fold two months ago.!!! You live in fear, you will all your life.!! You also state the drawdown is for new sites, but you fail to read that the amounts are 100k at a time, that will not buy a garden shed in the S/East. The statements says it does not have ALL the money, from that it must have some. The directors note they want to up shareholder value, but you do not trust them , do you.? Yes, as with all shares we have risk but as stated for me this is about right. | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 16:44 | Probably not the best time to see if they want to buy a small parcel of land then?! | ![]() mrphil
08/9/2010 16:41 | Well no actually; the company has just announced IT DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH CASH to develop the sites! So "£3M to burn" is clearly ludicrous. It can't draw down in these circumstances - simply to pay the staff and cover the interest - the equity lenders will obviously have covenants in place to ensure their money is to be spent on development of the P/P sites - not keep a dead business breathing for 3 more years! And that's why the shares have collapsed to virtually nothing. And that's why a major shareholder has sold out at virtually nothing. And the bank will be getting very tetchy. DYOR | ![]() philjeans
08/9/2010 16:02 | Thats why the shares are 2p not 50p. My view is 80% of the risk is in the price. We have £3M to burn and thats 3 years worth at this spend. As i say if a new holder has bought in today watch this fly back up. | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 15:59 | OK - you're right about the RNS. Point taken. The investors are to be given warrants at 10p! Big deal - no doubt they'll go ahead now! Good luck - you're already in. I wouldn't touch it with yours! Don't forget to tell us when you sell. I know this business well - I was in a long time back and made good money. But this smells to me. | ![]() philjeans
08/9/2010 15:46 | Wrong see RNS 01/12/09. A shareholder sold the firm has not gone bust has it.!! It has £3M if it requires it Have a look at what interest is being paid ie how much.! | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 15:45 | In the first 6 months they reported NIL sales - yes no T/O at all - and in the previous 6 months they produced sales of £53,900! Some business. Lost £1Million doing that! No wonder they can't go on! | ![]() philjeans
08/9/2010 15:33 | No - no need for an RNS if the drawdown has lapsed or been withdrawn. It was mentioned in the report - not announced by RNS. The only reason the RNS came out this week was because the share price collapsed! And that was pretty clear - no funds to develop. The previous apartments they did build took absolutely ages to sell; the market is weak - even in the South East for this type of prop - see McCarthy and Stone; AND now no cash to go on. If they can't cover the bank interest - how could they with no business/sales? - bank will very quickly appoint a receiver. It's very cheap - just like CNT was - FOR A VERY GOOD REASON. | ![]() philjeans
08/9/2010 15:29 | Ok that will do for me im in for a small investment hope your friend trend does not appear. | ![]() wskill
08/9/2010 15:22 | No idea, but we all get old.!!!!!!!!!!1111 | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 15:17 | tara is this the next nta then? | ![]() wskill
08/9/2010 15:16 | Philjeans, so we would require an RNS if the drawdown had been stopped.!! Next, if that shareholder was asked for more cash he may well have taken the view F--- o--. If we see a new large buyer of the stock via an RNS then you will have got the wrong end of the stick. | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 15:11 | I don't think anyone can say for certain why the person(s) decided to sell so much off at such a low price but it obvious it was rushed through so it tells me someone needed cash. If they had waited one more day and sold today they may have made an extra few grand. | pp78
08/9/2010 13:22 | forgive me 5uchchi what new direction are you referring to please. Is it the extra care service? | pp78
08/9/2010 13:20 | I Think it will not go bust but their new stragegy of branching out to a new direction(Extra care service) will be cancelled or delayed due to funds availability. But share price is going to be in doldrums unless any takeover or merger RNS is released by taking advantage of this suppressed share price. That's purely my view--Come on what you all think will happen & any chance of talking to VIPs connected to company and finding out their future direction? | 5uchchi
08/9/2010 13:16 | I don't think so and it states clearly in the interim results that it will be utilised as a standby facility to use as working capital, are there any restrictions on this facility? | pp78
08/9/2010 13:09 | We have not been told it is not , Have we.!! | ![]() tara7
08/9/2010 13:08 | Is the £3million draw facility not available anymore then. | pp78
08/9/2010 12:25 | The seller got just £40k for all the shares ie 6.6M of them. At 1.75p one only needs £100,000 to buy the lot. This is not BT or BP.!!!!!!!!!!!1 | ![]() tara7 |
