Anyone know where the CE has gone? I love to know what non core assets are, considering each bit of land is only bought or option exercised if it is prudent to build extra care units to make profit.

Rummours are that the CE is putting a few nice assets ( Land sites) away in the swag bag, for next venture!

What ever happend to the £4m from Wainsford Holdings?

Call me a sceptic, but in the current AIM buying frenzy don't you think if there was a rumour of company changing news in 2 days there'd have been a lot of hot money flowing in chasing the next instant 5 bagger?

The trading volumes suggests otherwise.

Well the statement from RHPS is not a vague "we suspect a deal has been concluded", or "it should not in volve dilution", but a definitive "it has secured" and "it requires no dilution"...

given the wording, and the rise, I'm surprised that the Co. hasn't commented

"It has secured the funding with the help of American firm Southbridge, the same company that advised Wren during last year's £7 million Bahamian funding. The funding is expected to be more than last year's amount, however is great business for Wren as it requires no dilution. Strong buy with 7p target"

LGB - would suggest from the volume of traders that there isn't anything in the offing. Was expecting at least some signs of life. Let's see what next week brings ......
