03/10/2012 10:17 | Drivers Of The Gold Car 13 Please click here now. I believe that the price of natural gas could ultimately surpass the price of oil, but I'll be more than happy if it rises just to my $4.20 target. Note the light red lines that I've put on the chart at key HSR (horizontal support & resistance) points. | traderabc
20/4/2012 09:42 | The Case for Investing in Natural Gas HOUSTON, APRIL 19 For several years, I have had high hopes that natural gas could provide a way for America to wean itself off its dependency on foreign energy supplies. Not only does natural gas offer our nation an energy source that is domestically produced, it is also abundant. It is estimated that the United States sits atop more natural gas than Saudi Arabia has oil. Today, America is using exploration techniques which were considered uneconomical just a few years ago, including horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing (or "fracking"). Thanks to these advanced techniques, the U.S. is currently experiencing a natural gas revolution. | traderabc

27/3/2012 20:30 | I wonder if anyone out there has bet the farm on this and witnessed a total destruction of their capital. On ABC's chart it looks like there's STILL more room to fall. Watching with great interest. | ruethewhirl

09/3/2012 15:56 | There is always SNGA on the short side. Bit late for that now, perhaps JPM could arrange for lnga to go into minus territory? | traderabc
09/3/2012 13:37 | They will ship out some of their gas in few years but the real cost of gas production in the US is much higher than the current HH price, on top of which you need to factor in a $3 charge to get it to your destination. When you add that to the real production cost of dry shale gas the arrival price wouldn't be too much different to a lot of Europe now. There is always SNGA on he short side. | banshee

08/3/2012 21:17 | CONTINUES to fall. Unreal. Is anyone long this? | ruethewhirl
07/3/2012 09:34 | Why do they even bother pricing this stuff? it's only clean 'energy' after all, and this particular form is almost free. I heard crude oil has to be transported all over the globe at vast cost to get to market, but why not natural gas? Strange that it once had some 'value' and that was when crude was a third of todays price. Here in Europe natural gas isn't cheap by any measure, why don't they ship over from the states? Where is the new world globalisation when you need it? Where is the so called 'free market' that works efficiently, bringing the goods to the market? The US ships over all manner of sh1t we don't need, why can't we get their natural gas which they obviously don't need whilst we do? | traderabc
