daffodil - it sounds like you have a great community - total respect to you for that.

However I suspect you berate jb4 purely for 'political' purposes without knowing the extent of his social altruism.

And a short acknowledgment of roydyor's significant social involvement might also have been appropriate.

For balance, despite the fact that I consider Neo - in all his incarnations to be a total B.B bellend - I have no doubt that he would be first in line to become enthusiastically involved in addressing any pressing social need on his own doorstep.

.... and for what its worth, and despite my opinions of the WRN and Whet saga's - I believe that A.B. and A.E's vision for the "Mankind" charity is for real and from a good place.

So I suspect there's more to many on here than meets the eye ….

Firstly they would have to live in SA and secondly I am off to the airport in three hours time bound for the States so I don't have a lot of time on my hands. What is an advantage is I spend many hours in airports which gives me plenty of time to read these bb's and rib turkeys who believe this POS will ever succeed.

My neighbourhood have a wondeful scheme to
look after elederly neighbours, we give
an hour or two to do their shopping
or gardening, and have a cup of tea
with them......giving something back
if you can spare the time......perhaps
you could do something positve...you seem
to have plenty of time on yor hands!!!

Platypus you really need a reality check. Next year at this time they will probably settle for a 30% reduction and 40% the following year. All this time and money to achieve the inevitable result. RIP WRN.

Liquidators have agreed to a 20% reduction in their fees.

The WRN administrators have sold the Old Boiler House (cue smirks from certain quarters) and again stated that, for the avoidance of doubt, they consider WRN shares to be worthless.

(Same statement as last year and presumably allows CGT losses to be crystallised)

Not much else to report.

looking for his value investments.

Philo gave us the heads up on that - and W.B. will instantly notice that Whetstone is currently the third or fourth largest Shareholder in RAP and I am sure he will not want to be left out in the cold and miss out on the action.
