I agree Andy - TI won't happen, any argument the crew may have had has now become so badly tarnished that it all would blow up in their faces in the courtroom.

Having said that IF (and its a massive if) Worthington was viable and genuine deals did exist, and hidden parties had maliciously put the boot in - then I would be 100% behind TI litigation against the culprits.

My own opinion, is that the crews actions destroyed Worthington - and dazzas threats and dire rantings of ... we know who you are etc, are a clumsy attempt to stifle debate and thwart a backlash from the more vociferous Shareholders who still seem to have varying degrees of Stockholm Syndrome.

It seems they are trying to identify people and let them know they have done so, presumably in an effort to stop them posting.

I have the impression a few people here actually do know each other, and some posts here are them exchanging messages with each other.
